The fact that Mario kart 8 is still alive after a decade is insane 🤯

Next Mario Kart exclusive to Switch 2: Mario Kart All-Stars! Every game remade with new graphics but faithful as close as they can. Possibility to play old versions of game as well. Each game would not have the dlc and remake tracks as they'd all be accounted for in each original.

Because it’s nearly countless hours of entertainment & replay-ability keep it going. Also a new set of tracks to test your skills on is always a plus. That’s what I think anyway

I didn't even think about how old Mario Kart 8 is, it's truly a timeless game that will definitely age well during future generations

It's a similar case to GTA V and Skyrim. Nintendo "forced" this game to stay relevant by re-releasing it and adding new content, kinda like the other Wii U games that went "deluxe" on Switch, but on a bigger scale thanks to the new dlc.

I know a lot of people were mad that this game got DLC and we didn't get a new Mario Kart, but that's not MK8DX's fault. Moreso that the Switch continues to sell well, and I'd rather have a new game's worth of DLC vs waiting for the next console because they ain't making 2 new mainline Mario Karts on the same generation.

Mario Kart 8 deluxe has sold over 65 Million units sold, it’s insanely successful and it’s the highest Selling Mario game of all time, if it never got a 2nd chance it wouldn’t be so successful to this day.

This previous New Years my friends and i marathoned all 96 tracks in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, it was extremely fun but i would not recommend it, in total took us 8 hours to do it, it consumed our lives that night the funniest part of that night is that my points got to 666 at some point

What gimmick would be good enough to stand up with MarioKart 8 Deluxe? It has fantastic tracks, a great battle mode, and fun racing physics. I just don’t know what Nintendo can do to make the series better

Double The Fun! Mario Kart Wii: - Funky Kong, halfpipe, bike! Enough said! Mario Kart 7: - The beautiful sunset when you glide off the mountain in Maka Wuhu is the most beautiful thing ever! Mario Kart 8/8DX: - Baby park gets so hectic, and uhh all 200cc with gold mush and blue shells only, funnest thing ever yall should try it! Mario Kart Tour: - Best feeling when there’s a trailer of a new nitro or city, and you spend 5 days figuring out the layout, it will create a memory, I thank Nintendo for the track they given us, R.I.P Mario Kart Tour 2019-2024 (2025 maybe)
