MARIO PARTY DS IS UNDERRATED AF. The minigames are so unique because they all fit the theme of the game. That everyone has been shrunk. You actually feel like you are battling to get big again rather than just playing some party games to get stars. Also the splurge star on DK's Stone Statue was a great feature

Gamer Duden That’s so dope. When I was in school, I used to hide my ds behind my book. The whole class would be pretending to read, whilst actually being on pictochat and trying to hold in our hysterical laughs from the weird shit we’d be drawing.
My school used to have something called “Golden Time” where we could bring in literally anything to play with for the last 1 hour (I think) and me and my friend always brought in our DSs and play the battle mode on New Super Mario Bros DS. I’ve still got my DS that I used to use.
You should really do a full series on Insaniquarium. It’s one of my favorite childhood games of all time and is great to kill time, full of awesome gimmicks and humor. And can even be challenging.
How to play as shy guy: play with a friend or with a family member and if they don't have the game card the game will chose what color do they play as shy guy but it's only for the person who doesn't have the game card.😄

Greninja Gangster he isnt they just added him R.O.B is a character for the Nes(nintendo entertainment system) and was only used for two games (gyromite and something else). He was only made si that nintendo could get more sales
Dry Bones in the Dry Bomber is hands down the best Character/Kart combo of all time. Perfect handling and unbelievable drift boost. My personal favorite game from the series.
I remember breaking the top screen of my DS and actually still playing Mario Kart, surprisingly enough it's easier to see the fake item boxes and kind of gives you an advantage if you get good at it.
Another cool thing about the balloon battle mode in this game, is the less balloons you have inflated the better items you get. I like that there is a risk reward element outside of race shortcuts.
People ask me why I carry around 4 ds's. It's literally just so I can play 4 player mario kart (sometimes 6 depending on if someone brought their ds) at lunch with friends. We yell, we laugh, and we have fun. We also get weird looks from people that think 4-6 9th and 10th graders is stupid but hey who are they to judge.

When I was younger my brother and I went to our babysitter’s house and they have three daughters with ds’s and so do we and they had 2 friends come by with their ds’s and we all played mario kart ds together and it was fun
The character selection in this game is perfection. All the good ones, Mario, Luigi, Waluigi, Wario, Peach, the lot of them, and no terrible “We’re our of ideas so let’s just chuck him in” characters. Well, there’s ROB, but we can let that slide since everything else is still amazing.

The Legend Of Dee i mean i see people complaining about no waluigi, but what would really change that much if he was in the game? He probably wouldnt be as good as metal mario and people probably wouldnt change from the metal meta.
so what im saying is that if you look past the characters, mk7 has one of the best selection of nitros and retros, the gameplay feels fluid and glider physics are way better than mk8.
The physics are also amazing . I would always pick Bowser Tyrant kart , because it would do a lot of knockback and push the Cpus off the track very easily. LOL

Did anyone else have the Airship Forretress glitch or was it just me??? If u or an opponent gets knocked off of the track right at the end (where there’s a big crack in the floor, before the turn to the finish line). If u fall a certain way, ur lap doesn’t count, and therefore ur a lap behind! Maybe it’s a common glitch but I haven’t heard of any other person say it.
No. + Binary Byter is probably right though as I got the game well after release. There's a Tart Top glitch in mine though. In the right hand side of the stage, near the "northern" whipped cream dollop before the ramp, if you drive onto said ramp, you occasionally will gain a lot more air than usual, and will hit the item box on your side, rather than the other. No mushrooms are used, it's just you and your kart in a straight line.
Binary Byter oh ok cool. I don’t mind, I always found it cool, and when I played computers it was sooo much fun to bump the first place computer with the most total points to 0 for that race 😂
I got the game when I was like- 5, so I got it like, two years after release. Even if I got it when i was 3 i'd still probably have a newer version as sometimes there are glitches in games that are region specific like JP only or NTSC only. That's because from translations sometimes tests are done on the game to find glitches. From NTSC to PAL they seem to find glitches better than America
Reshi Imagine if Mario Kart 9 is a Massive Crossover Game like Smash Ultimate... EVERYBODY that has ever been in Mario Kart will be in the game, including some new newcomers.
DS games were always so jam packed with endless things to do and unlock and explore, hence why I’m still replaying so many of them to this day (metroid prime hunters, gta chinatown wars, mkds)
Mine broke while playing Super Circuit of all things. But MKDS probably wore it a lot. Kind of like how Mario Kart 7's doing the same thing to my r button on the 2DS (I don't care about 3D, hurts my eyes).
Mario Kart DS and Mario Kart Wii were literally my childhood. My parents were always at work, so I had to go to a childminder for the majority of my childhood, but literally everyone there had a Nintendo DS and a copy of Mario Kart DS. We would always jump onto local play when it was raining out, and play the shit out of race mode and battle mode. We'd also go on to the Nintendo Wii when there were less of us there and play Mario Kart Wii. Both games are very nostalgic to me, and watching videos on both really does make me look back at the amazing time I had.
