Matt is real estate investor and attorney residing in the Nashville, Tennessee area. He lives with his wife, Taylor, and two boys, Ashton (4) and Julian (6 months). Matt has more than $25M of assets under management consisting of 280 multifamily units and 25,000 square feet of office in Tennessee.
