@@leeoliver391 I find this tends to get less with more wear, as quite some of that fluff is often material the trousers themselves shed off when they're still new. In general, I don't find it to be too bad, though, and I wear corduroy quite often in the winter. When I was younger, I hated corduroy, it was the epitome of stuffy 70s "chic". I still remember my parents' brown corduroy couch and how awful that thing looked to me. Nowadays I own a three piece suit that looks pretty much like it. I just love that it's a fabric with some interesting texture and substantial weight that doesn't look "off" even in more unusual colors. It's great fpr layering in fall and winter.
I didn’t notice the fluff even on dark colors. How often have you washed your cords? Are they Fort Belvedere? I have all 14 colors and never noticed any issues with them
I have Black, Light Brown, Dark Brown, Tan, Hunter Green and Burgundy corduruy SPORTSCOATS. They are excellent. They go with any casual outfit and pair well with will sweaters/vest and knit ties.
While I thnk that Raphael is a total maniac for bringing that much luggage (I always try to avoid bringing more than two pieces including the carry-on) and I personally would have left about half of his choices at home, may I just say what a fantastic looking combination that jacket/waistcoat with those corduroy trousers are? Very classy, very much a country "chic" that I really like. Also, I will never miss an opportunity to applaud that wine colored waistcoat and of course the beautiful houndstooth three-piece - probably my favorite choice of all the outfits I've ever seen in any of the videos on this channel.

While I always bring a spare underwear, socks, and shirts on carry-on, I would prefer to pack more clothes than underwear and socks because those are mostly universal and cheap to purchase in a bind as opposed to a shirt, trousers, tie, etc
Jack, I love your suit. I also love your dress shirt with French Cuffs. I’m a huge fan of French Cuffs as I wear them all the time. I love your eyeglasses and I’m wondering where I can find those frames. I wear tuxedos a lot and I would love to have a set of glasses to wear with mine.
Both outfits have different moods and vibes. Perhaps the green one fits the image of him better in your mind, but I personally think both fits him great!

Cashmere dickies under your shirt to protect your neck from the cold. It looks like you are wearing a turtleneck but without the bulk & weight. If it gets to warm you can take it off easily without undressing. A good, lightweight, functional travel hack that spans a range of temperatures.

No one like taking off their shoes at the airport? Travel trhough Detroit Metro sometimes. Everybody (except TSA Pere-Check) has to take their shoes off. It is very annoying.
Nice choices! To both gentlemen, please remember to shave the back of your neck at least every other day, preferable each day. Nothing ruins a great look as quickly as a hairy neck over the shirt collar.
