Twist your hair at the ends in the opposite direction when taking it out. It unravels the ends so they dont rip off. It works for me so whoever sees this can try it or moisturize your hair before so it detangles. Best of luck.
Happened to me too, no matter what size the twist are. The way I avoid that bad breakage from twist. Is by braiding the roots first. Original twist just lock way too fast. Mine got lock just from washing in twist. Even tho the twist were fresh.
