I remember playing as a T-Rex while trying to eat a corpse of a triceratops that was near the shorelines. My hunger bar was low so I had to replenish it and hunting will just consume my stamina. So I ate it. And boy was I punished man. The mosasaur build was so broken that it broke off my tail and I died because it suffocated me on the water. Now I have the thalasophobia debuff as a human main because of that.
I used to main the Ptero cuz I loved flying, unfortunately I flew war to far out and ran out of stamina . I had to Land on a tiny stone in the sea, those mosa's are merciless. It snapped me before I could take my feet of the stone and I got dragged pretty violently down under. I now have a permanent " Broken bone" debuff on my kneecaps.
I heard that bird players got their start as dinosaur players deciding to roleplay a bit with feather cosmetics. The pterosaur players made fun of the early bird players for not being as cool, but then they ended up getting banned, didn't they? :P
Gg, if youre referring to the first clip I was that T-Rex. Looking back I should of committed to the final bite instead of throwing you considering how low on HP you were
@@siphon2150 exactly that. Just found this Channel and in loving it lol. He is equating real life stuff to video game stats and stuff. Talking as if all animals are classes in a game and you level up meaning evolution
TierZoo's Bats video is what first exposed me to the channel. But this video is by far my favorite. Such a fascinating history, great visuals, great narration. Just a slam dunk from start to finish
Recent research has come out suggesting that even the largest mosasaurs could actually reach approximate speeds of 30 mph in as little as 2 to 5 seconds, making these guys horrifically terrifying.
Im so proud to be a Dutchman. Mosasaurus was not only first discovered, but also named in our little country. We are the OG home of the king of the seas
So basically went like this Fishes: *become lizards and go to land* Lizards: nah, im tired of being spawn killed going back Lizard: *goes back to ocean* *u gain 100000 XP*
@@DeluxeBTY for more info you can refer to the official game wiki- Wikipedia. There are devs who no longer participate in game only one is known well by us- Casually Explained. Tier zoo is in contact with devs, he teaches new players as how to play effectively.
In my opinion Fortnite *was* a good game but it got ruined by little kids and clickbait youtubers. Like what Happened with Minecraft, But Monecraft survived that Gut punch
@@desired4893 even if they do, if the other animals aren't as big, the mosasaurs will die out because of starvation and that they drove away all competition
@@jaschabull2365 Oh boy I miss playing Marsupian Lion! >=( WHY HUMANS!?!?!? It was so much fun having the strongest bite of any mammal and using on the oversized kangaroo player base.
I have seen alot of the first videos but I left RU-vid for quite some time and I have to say I am so glad this channel grew this fast so happy for you man u were so creative tbh ❤ keep going ❤ 💙
as a former mosasauraus main i just wanna say that alot of people tried attacking from the bottom and it was of the only stratagies that caught me offguard at the time
Cody Young T’was sad and a huge relief. We lost the Sea God fight, which was bullshit, but gained a far more balanced combat system. Like, we got deers which are good in speed but rock stupid and hyenas which are good pack players but are kinda trash on their own. Sadly we lost some really fun tank builds, such as spiky porcupine lizard. I do think it’s best we lost things like megalosaurus and T. rex, shit would be too janked.
It was only a patch before the big update, which contains communication, empathy and visual buffs -according to the rumors. The creators plan is to add one more dimension to the game "to make it more life-like."
Oh wow dinosaur shows have come so far! This looks incredible i almost cant believe it, compared to the old walking with dinosaurs stuff (which was also insane at the time) so much has changed. Not just in animation but sizes/ design too.
That’s what’s happening I was so lost I was like dude I wanna play this game so bad I’d love for a game to be like this you choose a class and play through
Curiosity stream has been pretty beneficial to you I would say! High quality video content that few others have access to the intellectual rights of such quality. I really enjoy how this supplement your already amazing content.
@øranuto husband Yes there are good original channels everywhere, but this channel in particular commits ridiculously hard to the joke, yet still gets all of the information across. A channel like mildly explained is original and good, but it's just a guy talking about stuff instead of being a meta-commentary on the entire concept of a RU-vid channel.
@øranuto husband The entire point of the channel is that it's oversimplified. It's supposed to be a mockery of channels like pro-guides, or more accurately a channel like Exil. However, instead of league of legends, he's talking about real world animals and their history in relation to the real world. If he went into extreme detail, then it wouldn't be as well designed because it fails to connect to an audience that would understand the joke.
trequor Its a fucking amazing channel, however not really original to say. Its just a youtube channel version of r/tierzoo thats far more educational. Of course, r/tierzoo is just a secondary subreddit for r/outside
Oh I was trying to remember how I found your channel, or rather, what was the first video I watch from your channel. This popped up. Back then when I was playing hungry shark evolution, the Mosasarus was my favorite "Shark". So I went and looked it up on youtube and found your channel. Thank you for the amazing content you pumped out over the years. It also helped me learn English too, I'm super grateful for that!
Tbh this being explained this way makes Science and Biology wayyyy more interesting like the video game twist is perfect and I started watching these videos like 2 weeks ago and there hasn’t been a day that’s gone by that I haven’t watched at least 3 of these videos
How I see it is that if you watch a channel's videos as soon as they pop up in your recommended then youtube will start reccomending that channel's content more often and earlier in the line. For me, when teir zoo uploads, his videos are instantly put at the top of my recommendations.
@@lukevandruff7082 23 to 3.6 million years ago, during the Early Miocene to the Pliocene, thank you Wikipedia XD, the megalodon wasn't even their during the time, megalodon could of fought the Livyatan, but nobody knows
A friend of mine has been playing a variation of this build since the meteor update, he is quite shy when we talk about it but from what I have been able to understand he seems to have entered the abyssal metà pretty well
Nah that rex was a noob probably pretty unexpierinced with the tyrannosaurus build. If he was smart he would've dragged the mosasaurus on land when he had him in his jaws
Dude, the beginning of the video... Such realistic and animalistic depiction of movement for the T Rex. Maaaassive props to the person who decided to animate it like that, and the person who actually animated it. It's so good and honestly terrifying.
The fact that he calls it respawn time implies that players just reincarnate in their respective class making slight adjustments after every death, kinda like spore
If the Mosasaurus was relatively slow, then the fact that they took up the whole parenting thing might have been slightly food motivated. Watching over the young -> more potential predators coming nearby after the young -> potential predators are food for the parenting Mosasaurus.
@@theheisendude1721 nah but you can easily tell by the size of it. You aint telling me that a bug with a pea sized brain is fucking smarter than albert einstien
@@501thtrooper4 Nobody is saying the reptile is smarter than a human. Just that they have a basic understand of how hunger works and how they can use that.
Life began aquatic. If you had to invest to go on land you’re investing again to go aquatic and are a fickle tryhard, but they probably won’t have a counter for you, so you can take advantage of being an invasive species.
