I was maxxed out pretty much since Covid began (been playing since global launch). Honestly, playing the game got boring without progress to make. I’ve just been playing enough to collect all my daily tokens and maintain everybody at 600 trophies. After the update I burned through two saved-up Brawl Passes and most of this season. This is the first time in nearly two years I’ve been excited to open boxes. I’m F2P except for the brawl pass (I did spend around $300 over the course of several months two years ago when I was pushing to max everything out though), and having only six level 10s after burning through 2.5 seasons worth of brawl pass rewards made me realize that I probably have at least another two years’ worth of progress ahead of me.

yeah it basically is impossible now, even if you were level 10 on all brawlers before as a f2p you won't be able to earn enough rewards to keep up with the pace in which new brawlers are released. at least that's what i think, we'll see how it pans out in a month or two.

I haven't been playing nearly as much Brawl Stars as I used to. I feel like the new Brawlers added lack the originality and fun original ones had. Also, since getting gears takes so long, maybe try some more relaxed content, like Duo Showdown challenges with Lex (like you used to!)

I had so many brawlers that could level up and I couldn't afford it, or just power 9-10 before the update. I had 3 brawlers that could obtain power points. Then the update rolled in. Now they hardly get points. I shoved as many points on my colt from brawl pass to unlock gears. It may take another year to get close to what I used to have.

I think this update shows the issues with monetization because more progression is not bad on its own but when you can buy to shortcut it f2p’s are at a disadvantage. But the whales and the krakens have to spend so much to have that advantage and there isn’t a good way to spend large sums of money in this game. It’s a lose lose right now but I’m sure that we’ll see this as a necessary evil later on when the meta evolves and more f2p progression is added. Hope your wallet is doing well real kairos

We'd like a drop rate conversion to equivalent gold maybe, and estimate on how long it would take a f2p player to max out only using boxes. Then estimate on how long it would take With club leagues. Calculations for a previously maxed person, and a new account.

When I first started upgrading brawlers, the points spread out over 20-ish brawlers. It was still painful. I just unlocked Ash. I can't upgrade him like the others, because power points are being spread out to 50 brawlers. I can already feel the pain of lv10 and 11.

@@blitzstriker5977 because you dont play the game for trophies if youre maxed out. If you were maxed out you barely would play the game. Now you have a reason to do it
