Today I'm bringing you something a little bit different. One of my neighbors decided to sell his 1967 Ford Fairlane Hardtop Coupe Classic Car. I'm no expert when it comes to these things so I had him give us the walk around and information on this beauty. I helped him post it on Craigslist as well, so stay tuned to see how much he ended up selling it for and what the final price was. Enjoy!

67 Ford Fairlane is one of the baddest looking muscle cars you can own. Nice examples are hard to come by. I used to know a guy that has a 67 Fairlane GT with a 390 motor. It was factory stock and looked great. I owned one for about a year but it needed way more work than I could do. I sold it for $500 which was a deal ! That's a car you should buy Jon !!!!!!

Yeah, I can't pull off the classic cars at this point. No time do all the wrenching and learn what I'm dealing with. Maybe some day...

@@JonsMotoGarage That's what I started off doing. They are money pits. Aircraft and motorcycles are easier in only some ways. Neither are much better but it takes only a nice interior and paint job to suck you in to a total POS you can't see. A total garbage car with nice makeup and lipstick. None have been good in my existence including my own 67 Mustang convertible. I would sell it to you cheap if you want it.

Dang , I really would have had a interest in that car . I'm not into old cars really but a 67 Fairlane, heck yeah. I would really love to find a 68 in Diamond Blue. My mom had one of those and loved it . Thanks for posting this one. Wish you had posted when he still had it though !!!

I meant to post it to help assist with the sale, but within hours of posting the ad for him, he had it pending sold. I'm glad it brought some good memories! I'll be sure to share with my neighbor.

I've got a few vids on the triumph if you dig deep into the video archives. It was one of the first bikes I had on the channel. I wish I hadn't of sold it. Lol. It was pretty awesome!

Sounds like a solid deal on both ends. Probably could have gotten a couple thousand more but likely would have taken a month or longer to sell. 👍

11-13 K would be reasonable in my area if it's as described. Nice looking old ride. Wish I had known. I would have jumped on that one.

Rather have a classic bike..I would have tosee the car in person...you dont see those cars anymore......if it was completely stock...and in good good condition...25000...I would have called Barrett Jackson !!

im into classic cars...10k for a non original block and plenty of non original part etc...its a good price, without the good paint and body work it would worth only 7-8k in my estimation. clean bodywork worth its salt on old cars. with all the number matching (engine paint trans interior etc etc) he could have got 12-14K but it would had take 2 months until the guys that were out for that particular model find him.

@@JonsMotoGarage very good, im a cheapskate and a mechanic so i would only buy hot deal that need a fix, i would not have cough 10k for it personally...too clean =P. i think he got good money some with 390 big block more or less get that kind of money.
