Watching and listening to this again while working on a painting project (mostly listening this time tbh lol) Just wanted to let you know Heather, I absolutely LOVE the format of this video! The COZY VIBES are just everything and one of the things I love most about it! I love how it has some semblance of a cozy reading vlog, and includes mentions of bookish things, like book cover sleeves, as well as recent reads and/or audio books. I love the satisfying aspect of tackling a list of ongoing projects, showing/telling what's involved, and how far you got- even if they're not complete by the end of the video. It was a nice slice of life, with excellent shots, editing, and music, wrapped up with a cozy vibe. Please consider posting more videos like this! I think THIS has quickly became my FAVORITE upload you've ever posted! My other faves were the thrifted yarn haul for the wow factor, the scalloped cropped tank top for the practical and versatile factor, and the computer chair crochet transformation for the transformation factor. i am at 8 minutes and i have to say this.... the needle-like thing is for screwing it shut to the point that it is impossible to unscrew without using the needle. it has physics behind it probably... i just got a Knitpro set and it says screwing without it can cause it to unscrew while working and you catastrophe ensues... lol. i hope nothing like that happened. anyway back to the video. edit: i am happy you figured it out around 10 min mark. and yes it is soooo f ing cool
Learning that made a HUGE difference when I was learning to knit! I had no idea what the tools that came in the kit were for and never used them, and was always frustrated because they always kept coming unscrewed. Now circular needles are my favorite!
@@Atlas_Reid I learned crochet first. Never managed to hold knitting needles. THEN I FOUND CIRCULARS. My life has never been the same. I have only used straight needles once. For a 15 mm project. Still hate them. I think it has something to do with the needle parts being small like a hook? Probably
