Modified curls with big resistance bands is my favorite because I can adjust angles to focus stress all around the smooth fibers. Go to failure and straight into cross hold then right into touching the toes to stop the burn. Most rewarding feeling i can find!
most of my workouts are lifting squats pushups and depending on day either mile or half mile jogs, mostly things that help with martial arts including swordplay, bows and staves
