Dear whether it's vedantu or any normal school. Teachers are badly exploited in education system. The salaries that are given are no where upto the mark and as per the hardwork and the time being invested.

I am a student at Vedantu but i have heard from cts that they get a lot of troubles due to students... the same thing was told by our cts and we are dropper students still..... omg...

I am happy with offline teaching. Was thinking about joining online platforms but seemed like i would be a slave there, so stayed old school & old is gold, especially offline class. Not earning too much but offline is satisfying.

That's pathetic how students sometimes deal with the teachers online. Being a student myself, I will take extra care of the fact that the teacher at other end is respected by me😊🌟

My experience with Vedantu as a student has always been awesome.I never knew that our CTs have to do so much work!! Kudos to you!

Beta, file a case against them in the labour court for breaching min wages as per law and claim outstanding salary. Yeah do that! . These online platforms exploit the fact that you kids don't understand the law. The min wage for any of you skilled graduates is 21000 pm. You can claim that from the labour court.

I work as a Online teacher and I make INR 3000/-- per hour. I only work for myself. I teach for only 4-6 hours and 4 days a week and thank God I never had to work for any agency or company. I know how these people work, these corporates are keeping slaves.

Share it with all upcoming teachers to save their precious time .....same story at UNACADEMY ...BYJUS... EVERYWHERE ...offline is better

i think most of the Indian Edtech companies act like this. The rules and regulations of those company is really complicated but their payment is too low as compared to other US based companies

I can relate...I used to work as a subject matter expert where I was responsible for solving JEE level questions in proper format in word..they used to give us performance based payment which was not sufficient before the efforts and content I used to deliver to them.....this all education platform for creators is really taking for granted

120 hours a month?!? Beta, I was a Communications/Marketing professor at XIMB. Our entire annual workload was 120 hours of teaching (that's it...for the entire academic year). Rest everything (whatever extra we taught), we were compensated. Back in those days, it was 3000 per class. Kudos for making the video and "educating" people who get lured in with such offers. I am also a student in vedantu but this is very poor that many students use bad languages for the cts and i have also heard this from the cts and also from the master teachers....I think no student should use this type poor words although it is your cts but then also cts are also teachers....We should respect them...and according to my experience as a student at vedantu Cts are also very much interactive if you talk with them in a proper manner....

I was also thinking you know, applying at vedantu...but after watching this video I think I need to give a second thought to it.. thankyou for sharing your experience and giving us the inside view of the online class culture..

Ya they something else and after a few days they flip. I took a three month subscription of ₹7000 and I was told that I'll be taught very nicely blah blah blah but whenever we requested the teacher to explain something , she told that it is a crash course for class 10 so she'll not explain, only summaries will be taught. At first they told that there will be 2 classes per day of 1hr each but from second month it was mostly one class on a day and Wednesday and Sunday was a holiday. And from the third month there was just one class in a day or no class and when only 2 weeks were left they just stopped teaching and then classes were not at all related to syllabus; there were just motivation classes and sometimes they were based on how to write in exam and all that... So just one class in a day and that too useless. If I had to watch all this, I would rather watch it on RU-vid for free!

I had been an SME at Vedantu and my experience had been pretty same. One had to write atleast 250 words for a single questions and get only 35/- for that. Quite unfair!! They just exploit u to the fullest

Shubham ma'am was also a doubt solver but but later on she became a master teacher and because of this behavior of vedantu .she left vedantu then she joined unacademy where what happened only God knows

I used to teach in coaching institute and the way some of the parents and teachers treated me took all my love of teaching from me....I left that institute thinking I will do something else and vivid pandemic happened.

i agreed to all of your words until you told that 7.5% of tds was getting deducted. It is not at all possible that someone gets a salary of less than 20k and tds is getting deducted. i want to know how this was possible in your case, if you see this comment do reply 😊

I have a very similar experience with some other online teaching. They threw me in end of the training itself saying that I wasn't advertising effectively to buy their course .

All the teachers are not the same but some are We respect teachers because , “Teacher is the only profession which teaches all the professions. “ The difficult profession in this world is Teacher.

I earned more than 6 lakh by won online classes still I am doing same there was student from Europe, Japan we need contact directly to parents one student can pay very easily 10 to 15 thousand per only 20 days.
