I’m sure Solo’s family is thrilled to be spending time with you guys. It’s tough being so far apart. Your kids will probably have a big growth spurt following this trip. Lots of exercise, fresh air and good food!

$355 divided by 23 people divided by 6 days divided by 3 meals a day= 82 cents per meal!!! 😱. Awesome

I really love how you guys maximize your trip and take advantage of everyday. It seems like you’ve done so much in so little time. 😀

What a blessing to spend all that time with family. So often we lose ourselves in the daily grind and don't take the time to appreciate what we have. It is so great to see that everyone spent so much time together. You and Solo with your siblings and cousins and the same for your children?!?! I love watching your videos again and again. I’m Canadian and don’t travel at all but it’s fascinating seeing other places that just aren’t slums. We are so used to junk food or a ton of boxed food that I love seeing all this fresh fruit/veggies and meat. Kenya looks beautiful

It makes so much sense now! lol My husband is from Egypt and for the longest we argued over lemons/limes. He insisted that limes and lemons are both green and I was like NO one is yellow and one is green. Every time I sent him to the store for lemons he would come home with limes (no, he didn't read the signs he just saw "limes". Haha I *might* have to apologize!

Hello beautiful family. The prices are so different in both countries. My sister who has a family of nine spend at least $400 a week. But she learned to look for sales just as you all did. Can’t wait to see the house and the beach. I love the beach. I would have to travel about a day to get to one. I love the way the braids turned out. Dinner looked so good. Can’t wait for the next adventure. As always lots of blessings and love to you all.

Same in Cyprus. No plugs in sink . They soap the dishes with neat washing up liquid and water and rinse it off. I much prefer a bowl of soapy water. We say chai for tea. Londoners sometimes said a cup of cha. Thank you so much for sharing your holiday. Love from Margaret

Wowzers!!! I can't even imagine planning a week's worth of meal for so many people! So wise of you to divide up the cooking responsibilities. I would love to see the process of how you guys figured out exactly how much of each things to buy and the also the process of cooking for that many. The meals at the end looked DELICIOUS!!! This trip is just over the top amazing! So glad to be following your journey. I definitely would LOVE to have a similar experience. I need some Kenyan friends!

This was so interesting to see the different foods and knowing the prices and your plans for what you are going to be eating. I have always wanted to travel to Kenya 🇰🇪 and experience the markets, food and culture and of course the beauty. (I’m in the UK). Btw we use basins too for washing dishes, though they are often square or rectangular! 👍👏🏻🤗
