But okay, what was so crazy? Oh, ya know, people cheering when Jose Altuve painfully fouled a ball off his foot. Lots of cursing. Lots of middle fingers. Food being thrown in the bleachers. And to top it all off, future Hall of Famer Justin Verlander was the starting pitcher and I got some GREAT shots of him warming up before the game. Oh! And I was close to Juan Soto and Aaron Judge during the game, and there was a little kid in my section with nunchucks, so really, what's NOT to like about this video?
I will say, though, that things were 1,000 times crazier when the Astros visited Yankee Stadium back in 2021. If you haven't yet seen this video (which has gotten over 2 million views), definitely take a look:

It wouldn't be so funny if your team lost an ALCS, Game 7, when it was proven the other team was cheating. I LOATHE the Asstros, especially Altuve and that steroid using, SOB, Justin Verlander. Dodger fans despise the Asstros too.

We Bucco fans probably won’t ever have those kind of bad memories of being screwed in the post season, being that we haven’t won or been in a World Series since 1979. Different kind of pain here😃

@@MKYeahBuddy Well, as a Pirate fan, you surely know what it's like to be cheated, having to put up with Greg Maddox and Tom Glavine, throwing "strikes" an entire foot out of the strike zone for an entire decade in the 90s against the entire National League. There was no interleague play back then, so my Yanks only had to put up with them in the World Series in two seasons. We beat them 4-2 in 96, then swept them in the 99 World Series. The umps would tighten up the strike zone in the playoffs, so those two guys couldn't get away with the total BS, and that's why the Braves only won one World Series during that 14 year run. At least your Pirates have Paul Skenes, the most exciting pitcher in the Majors now! He's awesome.

A story about the shirt? I worked for the Boise Hawks in 1995 as an intern, and I think the same people who owned the team were connected to the Explorers. So I got that shirt just by being there, basically. I think it was a double XL or something crazy, but hey, it was the 90s (and I weighed 25 pounds more then).

Because in MY baseball-following-lifetime the red sox have never really been relevant (outside of a year or two here or there), whereas the astros have embarrassed us year after year AND they stole 1 maybe 2 world series (at the very least WS appearances) from us due to cheating. The only thing to the yankees-red sox rivalry nowadays is what you've heard from your father about how youre supposed to hate them, but in my eyes, i see no reason to hate them anymore than any division rival--which still isnt more hatred that that which i have for a team that did to us what the trashtros did
