Smart guy. As a UCLA alumni we get criticized for not having a real estate major. However this guys strong accounting background should be sufficient to be proficient in managing a real estate holdings. He now needs to find a good deal which he can bring investors into. Rich people have very little time or patience to find deals. A young guy can do this hard task and manage it. Yes, you will be doing 90% of the work but getting the capital is critical.
@@Kuuhaku917how about if you stop spending your very little money in weed and save for education you have no respect from people you probably work in restaurant or warehouse low life this kid did good and I’m proud
@@veesdcal そうだね、彼らの悪口とか言ってませんが、彼らはちょっと顔はニキビ多いと言っとただけっす。そんなに怒るほつようがありません。そして、日本は腐敗していませんので大麻とかないです。勉強してね。または“your very little money”は意味通じていませんので”with your impoverished wage”などの言葉を使った方がいいと思います。またコンマが必要なところもめっちゃあります。あんたはせっかく英語が公用語となっている国に住んでいますのでちゃんと英語話せよ(英検1級で学年でよかったでしたので、私はlow lifeではないと思います)
@@kthnxbi8834 The difference is that when he's 10 years older he will be making way more money when he pairs a college degree from UCLA w/ job experience
Wow, that's really admirable. But, he's not the only one graduating ahead of time. Nowadays, I'm seeing quite alot of young people doing the same. Really something ✨👏.
You aren’t very bright… unless you have multiple rentals (which takes a long time) you can’t just survive off of that and even then you shouldn’t rely on it. He’s still going to have to work in the beginning genius.
@@F2397-m4c no need for insults “user” and no where did I say he could afford doing real estate right off the cuff. And you owning rentals and being an agent has nothing to do with each other. I think you need to check your genuineness there bub.
His CPA practice will introduce him to investors that will hopefully fund his real estate ventures. People who have money have very little time or patience to find deals or manage real estate. This guy will do both.
