It doesn't matter from which college u do. The scope of the field in India is narrow and you will regret choosing this field. My first salary as part time was 1500Rs. @@surjeetkaur5217
If you want to work hard after BPT , trust me , if you are a freshers, you just start visiting patient , after 3-5 months you will have lots of patients , you can easily earn around 60 k

@@pankajsingh___9 dekh job sochke ayega to pay is not good but practice me scene acha hai physiotherapy is all about private practice and clinics, so decide accordingly
We need more passionate and confident Physiotherapists...🙌 In a Society where Orthopedic Doctors are overhyped, we need more Physiotherapist who helps much better in fixing injuries.
Physiotherapy is popular in Karnataka I guess, lot of students do this course....I don't think there is much career scope in this and lucrative salaries are in sports which is almost impossible to crack, since most of the teams prefer physiotherapists from abroad.
Physiotherapy has good scope in India provided it is done from an institution attached to a top multispeciality hospital, sky is the limit (only for skilled physios) if one can afford to start his/ her own clinic and/ provide freelancing services. Note: Any medical and related courses ought to be followed by PG with specialization to earn good, this is the case with MBBS as well
@@sreenavinp mbbs people get stipend right after 4.5 years and also in government sector their salary is 80k and some 40k in private with mbbs alone. Also they get stipend during their pg and after pg their salaries are in laks/month. All medical fields except mbbs are undepaid in India
@@DazstarGetting a govt job and/ PG seat is not that easy, also the hardwork they put in, the number of years they spend, the money (crores in private medical colleges and deemed universities) they spend are not worth the salary, also there are institutions/ hospitals paying stipend for other medical professionals as well. All medical fields except MBBS are underpaid is not true, I know physiotherapists, optometrists, occupational therapists, psychologists (clinical and rehabilitation), etc. earning in lakhs by having their own clinic and/ providing freelancing services, some of them do so after their working hours, I also know professionals working at organizations (without having their own clinic and/ providing freelancing services) earning a decent pay of 40K+ per month, it is their skills which matters. Earning 40K per month after completing BSc and MSc in AHS by spending 15-20 lakhs and 6 years for education is better than earning 1-1.5 lakhs per month after completing MBBS and MD/ MS/ DNB by spending crores and crores of money and 8-9 years for education.
each visit costs patient approx 1500-2000 in urban and 500-1000 in rural. You can earn lakhs depending upon your exp and results. One of my friend who happened to be a Physio, was successfull in treating a patiemt who was not able to walk after accident, he was treated like a PM by his family
Uth ja Bhai comment krte krte so rha h kya , get back to reality, their are tons of bpt graduates in each n every city/town , unless you are not doing something of your own do not think that you ll make a good money out of it , 20-25k is the max you could get and for that too you need to compete with other highly qualified bpt graduates and with those also who have connections in the medical field
In which city a physiotherapist single visit cost 2000rs , a highly qualified orthopaedic surgeon consultancy fees is around 500-700 in metro cities, what are you even talking about
Physiotherapy isn't completely considered under medical, it's referred to as paramedical (majorly). And for one to succeed in paramedical, one requires post-graduation to get a decent amount. But since, physiotherapy is in demand in tier 1 and 2 cities, they'll be earning decently.
Government colleges do give 10-12k stipend to interns but the internship is only 6 months so doesn’t really matter much what you make in the internship
@@tanx1509how can tjry earn well in cities??? And that also.toer 2??? Tier 1 is okayish but tier 2??? Tier 1 has lot of competition fr overexperienced physios also

Good But what i know is this course doesn't require any rank in any of the competitive exams(Neet,Eamcet etc etc) U just require ur ipe marks i mean ur intermediate marks, based on that they can just select the college So its underrated!
