Yes, it’s true. New buildings have better quality but probably x1,5-x2 more expensive.

A little bit less ☺️ as a property owner you pay about 7,500-8,000 Euro a year. As a tenant about 350 Euro a month. Plus electricity.

@@shangtsung7183 its a lot of apartments in that building.. So the advantage is the building expenses are distributed by all those apartments.

A luxurious 'ghetto', another asphalt jungle outside with skyscrapers. Not an animal or a flower to be seen, not as much as a cat or a primrose! Yes, you certainly would need a good bathroom and toilet!

all I can say is.. OMG.. if thats what 4 million euros buys you.. I am surprised anyone buys it at all.. because for 4 million euros you actually are living in a poor 1 bedroom flat.. for 4 million euros you could build a MANSION with swimming pool and 6 or 7 bedrooms etc in Ibiza.. or sardinia, or even along the coast of france or spain in smaller towns. 4 million euros for 1 bedroom flat... OMG.. why do people buy this?
