Size of the lot? Size of the house? How many rooms, bathrooms, amenities, etc. Nice breakdown, compared to what? It is nice that you gave everyone a cost breakdown, but, given that this home may be in New Mexico or Washington, or where ever, where was the project located and in what section of what town? How big was the pool? Ultimatley was this a 3000 sq foot or 5000 sq foot home? So many questions, so few answers. Obviously this was a spec home from your closing statements, but, there is now way to deduce anything else. Thus a fairly worthless video, devoid of anything but costs. Thanks for your time.

Plumbing at 32K was Sheap, that house usually at 1.2K per outlet is over 50K on plumbing, no Fixtures !
