I'd love to see some survivor spells for Agnes. Not sure what they'd look like. Maybe spells with a direct horror cost that slightly reduce the test value? Like the level 0 spells are like "->Fight. Take one direct horror: This attack uses Head instead of Fist. The enemy has -1 fight for this skill test." Then the level up could add some thing like "... if you fail, heal 1 horror". This gives a spell to Agnes, that she would use best. In Agnes it guarantees your investigator damage, allows failures to be less painful, and makes tests easier, as fits in survivor. Most survivors aren't looking to use their Head instead of their normal stat though it would probably be ok in a few of the 4 Head survivors to flex with, though still less good because it won't come with the guaranteed damage. Edit: I forgot about Calvin, though that would take Calvin flex to the moon 😂

Maybe a video about the investigators you were excited for before the reveal, but they ended up not living up to your enthusiasm and what you were hoping they would be?

Nathaniel Cho is, in my book, the most enjoyable fighter. Every card drawn gives you new options, while other fighters just use their weapons and (sometimes) manage ammo.

When it comes to Dexter, I think fun one is having playing him was beautifully captured in one scene in Django Unchained. Scene where character played by Christopher Waltz pulls gun out of nowhere and shoots down sheriff. 😂

My experience playing Tony is that he is pretty fun to play, but so boring to play with. I had 4-7 actions per round in my last Tony build and my round where soooo long. It is the same with Kohaku, but not as overdesigned.

Guys. I'm scowering through this Arkham Horror lcg stuff like crazy and i haven't even played a game! I have 2 boxes of the original core set and the old dunwhich box with all mythos. Is it still recommended to grab the revised core set? If not for the improved instructions? What do you guys think 🤔

I played Gloria for 2 scenarios in expert Innsmouth and then swapped her out, because it was ridiculous. We were not playing Arkham, we were playing a walking simulator. I would have liked to see the wilson combat deck :) Same about parallell Skids, because ours were boring as hell and he is benched now.

13 cards of Sefina’s 33(+5) is 34% of her deck. 10 cards of an ordinary investigator’s 30(+2) is 31% of their deck. And an ordinary investigator initially only gets to see 5 and may erringly mulligan into a weaker hand by accident. And, she comes with 3 Studious. I can understand how Sefina’s mulligan may feel bad when you’re used to swapping out the bad cards in your hand, but I’m struggling to follow how it’s actually worse.
