Government not taking much as permanent doctors through psc they conduct exam regularly in 3 years and publish rank list of 1000 then appointment only for less than 100. After 3 years they will cancel previous list and conduct new exam. Government jobs available are contract based temporary duties. For the same you need local political recommendations. U have got unlimited income in businesses and professional service and considering the degrees like mbbs , ca ,cs ,cma , lawyer ,the risk involved is also very less because u will instantly have clients who will come to u by getting attracted to ur degree itself and the expenditure for advertisement is minimized.
