Pile 2, I paused my life for 15 years to do self reflection and grow in my career. I had been devastated by constant betrayals from family, friends, coworkers and boyfriends. Everyone in my life were hindering my growth. I moved away for almost 3 years to Utah and was high in the mountains alone. This started a new beginning for me one that lasted 15 years.

I had no one to rely on for sometime. Zero. Zip. And I come from a large family. MY older sister was murdered as she was also in the same boat as me. No one loving or caring or protecting us. Broken Mother and Father energy. Hostile relatives all around us. Horrid and damaged brothers that were abusive. I found the Divine Family however, so now I have constant love and support everywhere I go. I had an awakening. A kundalini awakening.
Pile 3 was definitely me. Grew up in a toxic home and community. Left it all behind, only to find it again in a toxic marriage. Had to leave it too. Heal yourself and you heal your life.

Pile 2 I’ve been doing shadow and self work for the past 6 years! I overcame religious indoctrination and dogma and growing up a preacher’s kid in that environment. Pile 2 ~ Its absolutely CRAZY that you mentioned the dream world. I did balance two worlds and it made me who I am today. Growing up, even as a child, I was depressed. In the first part of pile 2 I really feel that dark on the left side of the table. You can feel a relief when it moves over to the green on the right side. I'm blessed with many skills, especially when it comes to creativity. I am writing this down as a little reflection of the journey I have been through so far. It's been years, so long that sometimes I think back and asked myself how I had managed to survive through all of that with the mindset that I possessed back then. I used to think I have no patience towards anything in life, but looking back I had probably underestimated myself too much. If I can go back time to comfort myself I would definitely tell myself that there will always be a way out of it, and it may seem impossible at first because literally no one supported me when I first started but I made it because I was determined that I will do it again and again and never give up until I have found my freedom. I saw a quote the other day that said "Freedom is being able to do whatever we want without needing the approval of anyone else.". I am glad to say that I am setting bigger goals and brave enough to run towards the dreams that had once felt so out of my reach. And they key to controlling your life is controlling how you process negative and positive thoughts and energies, knowing the cause of these feelings and knowning what you need to do to balance it and heal the ones ineed of healing. I am unbreakable but still vulnerable because i have learnt to embrace all of the qualities that makes me, me, even the weakest part of me, it is not about learning how to toughen up, but rather how to be flexible and learn how to bend without breaking. I still have a long life a head of me there;s so much more to learn but I;ll try even harder not to let myself go. Lastly, I wish for anyone who is going through any hardships in life, I know help may not be available out there sometimes, sometimes we may not have a comfort person to share our emotions with, but please have hope for the better days. Sometimes I know it maybe hard to even open our eyes to greet a new day, but you can do it and please be the last person who still believes in you even when the world has its back turned against you. Pile 1: It wasn't me who wanted to be a servant for all; I was taught to be a door mat and if any mother can read me I would kindly ask her not to teach her daughters to be a door mat, a servant, the tissue where everyone cry on because when they realize they have no value for anybody (no matter how hard she tries), they will resent you for enslaving them with hopeless lies. I think I was stuck for 30 years, I was born with a problem in my legs, that made me be stuck literally, and my life was many times stuck too, I had depression, and latter anxiety attacks, familiar problems. But I was learning and evolving and I didn't know it back then. One thing I always had since I was a child, FAITH. I always ask help from God, angels. Then I read many books, talking about past life's, and everything made sense. From the eyes of the world and my one's too I was stuck, but now I see how much this hard experiences teach me and made me evolve.
