What is this thing of SAFESTA paying Candidate Attorneys?Are there firms that pay on top of that ?

It's a subsidy by the gvt, particularly for firms that can not afford to pay CAs enough. Some firms do top up some firms don't.. Please read up on it on Google they have more detail there.
