@@Ola.lady_P I'd argue that it's about both, there should be a balance. Coz in most cases what we love might not necessarily be enough to support our livelihood under the circumstances so we just have to figure out a balance that works.
Love how you are not scared or stingy to share actual information like your salary, people dont usually share such info and yet it brings actual context to the story
Izvi zviri relatable. I like how you share this financial education and lived experiences. Zvitengerewo drink shuwa. Zvipe comfort kana Mwari akuropafadza(Pay yourself first). Keep up the great work.

Hi Maud. I did not know that that phenomenon yekuSpenda more money the more we earn is called lifestyle creep. You are a great financial teacher mudikani! Keep shining ✨️
Those are good monthly take-home there despite the flactuations, no need to leave Zimbabwe in such circumstances Are ACCAs getting paid like that in Zimbabwe though or its an ICAZ kinda thing?
I agree, but while some people earn more than i did, sone earn less. And moving is always inspired by different reasons. I am not sure about ACCA, but ICAZ yes. But I think if the qualification is backed by good experience, it may come to the same thing
Hi Maud I have been doing remote jobs for a while now but the figures are not really up there as I would want them to be . Am in software development 7 years experience.I make mobile apps and web applications. Do you know where one can get such figures you gave I have grown tired of low offers
Hey. Problem is I am not so well vased in the software development space. But the internet is such a big village these days - have you explored the remote work websites?
Some people make less, some more. And some are unlucky. Its dependent on a lot of things, including how you qualify- tipp vs topp - opportunities that come your way and the trajectory your career takes soon after qualifying.
