Wow! more ledges, more succulents arriving! I like it. i tried growing my succulents in a small ledges, maganda silang pagmasdan. Stress reliever.. I have an idea everytime i watch your vlog with your beautiful and very colorful succies planted on ledges in California. Really very nice to watch. My only worry is that i only have limitted space here in our terrace for my plants.. Hindi ako maka-buwelo sa pag tanim.. But for sure, i am happy and like watching all your videos, i learned a lot.
Liking succulents in climates that are unfriendly for them is so difficult!! Here in the PNW I've managed to raise two bowls of echeverias + my rare jade plant collection under grow lights but it's a constant struggle. It makes me happy to see them though! Good luck with your battle vs. the humidity, really looking forward to seeing what kinds of beauties you can grow there!
When I watched it for 2 minutes, I was going to write "because succulent never likes humidity, the weather is dry in California, and it's very humid in Philippines," and you said the same thing😊. I also gained experience, if there is a little moisture, bacteria immediately presses and growth stops. And a very ugly appearance is formed. The plant gets sick and dies quickly. 😓
i have lost too many succulent thats why stop my self from buying all from Benguet, i have to study until the time it would be ok for me to care,thanks and ill be always following you take care❤️❤️❤️
Matagal na po akong na nonood sa mga vlog nyo about succulent at noon pa man my pakiramdam po ako na filipino po kyo masaya ako at ngyn napapanood ko ang vlog nyo na andto kyo sa bansa ntin... nw lng po ako ng commnt sa vlog nyo pero always po ako na nonood ng mga vlog nyo at ang mga ng vvlog ng tungkol sa succulents ang dmi ko po natotonan sa mga vlog ng mga vlgger ng succlents.... succulents adik po ako 😊😊😊
Hi, Ma'am if I may suggest. You can ship the succulents ordered from Benguet thru trucking, it will only take 2 to 3 day to arrive and way cheaper than the courier. So the best advice for beginners is to wait until the soil is bone-dry and see if the leaves are Getting Thinner, then water them heavily? It's easy for me to check the soil with a wooden chopstick. I push it to the very bottom and if the Chopstick comes out clean then it might be time to water if the leaves are not plump and stiff.
@@ChopstickandSucculents I use fast-draining soil but I read that you can make your own with potting soil coarse sand and pumice. For the phalaenopsis orchids I have been using the very course coconut fiber. It drains very fast.

Hi mam, I have great sellers from Benguet who ship to Neg Occ. I had a box about 3 weeks ago, and none of them were mushy. It took more than a week after I got to put them in soil and they were already starting to grow roots. I guess they have been air dried well before shipping.
I think the price is ok considering how many they are! But for me, I wait for sales from the garden shop that sells near my place. They don't really like stocking the succulents for a long time, so in about a week or 2 after acquiring, they sell them for 10php each!!! Hahaha. I mean the varieties are not as extensive as yours but still for 10php. Hahaha. Cant wait to see your succulents potted up!

@@ChopstickandSucculents honestly mam trial and error method lng gid gamit ko...Im not even using cns soil mix... ordinary soil lng gid with dunot na nga labhang and labhang but not d newly milled one.
