At first you had 6600 diamond, then you spent till 195 and bought 1155 diamond and then once the diamond dropped to 90, you again bought 275 diamond till you got the fanny skin at 155 diamond remaining so the total diamond spent was: 7875diamond.

Patterns doesn't matter. Randoms skins. And note this they will give the skins that u didn't use even a single match. They don't give u the skin u want to get.
