I would Not go with plant based meat. It contradicts itself. You want meat or you don't want meat. The taste, the nutrition profiles, and the whole differences in product completely contrast each other. That said, commercial chicken farming is disgusting, even from a meat lovers point of view. I watched a celebrity show how the chickens are raised and referenced KFC by name. High cost, gross corporate procedures, and cliental could be better... I'll pass for sure lol
