No need to pursue wealth endlessly. There are more important things than wealth. Wealth is good, if used with prudence. I am richer than the richest person I know.

Great Message. I finally got a hold of giving a long time ago. I have been Blessed. I don't anyone anything. I Thank God for what He Blessed me with. It is all about Tithing.☝️
I tithe obediently and I tested God and He did miracles for me when I literally had nothing! I just can’t afford not to tithe! However this message just encouraged me to do more and bless the Lord by giving offerings now aside from my tithes!! Hallelujah!
That's a great question! Pastor Chris explains in this message that we believe that God's "storehouse" in the Old Testament is best represented by the New Testament church. You can see in the book of Acts that they were able to support the needy in their community through the church. I want the people in need who I may support to connect the blessing with God not from me. So giving through my church is a great way to do that. I can't speak for all local churches, but I know Life.Church gives millions of dollars each year to support people in need all over the world and in the communities where we have a church location. Most but not all preacher has far far more money than their nornal members and yet theyr still accepting money from the very poorest of their members..to the preachers,my question is how much money do you have or how rich you are now comparing to the time you where just started preaching?

In my 20 years attending Life.Church, I have seem Pastor Chris, and many of our other pastors, live extremely generous lives. In the same way Pastor Chris talks about how his income slowly rose over time, he has also increased his giving over time. My husband gambled away the mortgage money and left me homeless, and he went to live in another state. I live in my van now, at 71 years old. I receive $903 a month on social security and my husband receives about $3500 a month from social security and pension. I don't receive any of his money because he gives all his money to scammers and truly believes he will get a big monetary amount given to himself.
If I could only have peace I'd be happy and fulfilled. 😊 I can really attest of putting God first most specially in tithing. I am blessed to be told the truth about honoring God first even before I started working. From that time on, I know all of mine is not my own and being generous will flow naturally. Well, the bible doesn't say that Malachi 3 is a pendant to today's local church. Why would God keep 1 of the 613 laws and 10 commandments but not the rest? I love Life Church, don't get me wrong. But this is false teaching. The new testament talks nowhere about the 10% Tithing is important, but it's nowhere said that is has to be the local church.

God's good news is for sure about being saved by faith and then living a life following Jesus' example. For many people however, their financial decisions keep them from living the generous example Jesus showed us. So we preach about this on occasion to help people find freedom from debt. This was an inspiring presentation. I was blessed. According to Genesis 2: 2, the Sabbath is the seventh day and not the first day. The seventh day is Saturday. The Catholic Church says that they have changed the solemnity of the Sabbath to Sunday. Bear in mind that no man can change God's laws however, many have followed the Catholic church by doing this and many are unaware or do know and have numbed their conscience. If they say not according to the law and to the testimony, there's no light in them (Isaiah 8: 19-20). Thanks for the insight on how we should view our money.

Luke 12:15 man's life consistent not in the abundances that he posseseth,,,lazarus is so poor when he eats only the food fell on the floor of the rich man,and jesus christ cried when lazarus died...serving God and obeying his commandments doesnt necessarily mean you will be blessed with a lot of money and wealth in this life...
God sees everything and if people think they can calculate generosity by a simple tithe calculation, they are shortsighted. What a person gives up and what a person spends are opposite sides of different equations.

We bring it to God because it belongs to him. He gifted us our money and possessions because it was always his. It was never ours to begin with. Glory to God ❤️❤️
I am fulfilled and glad inside of me because I found the God completed my missing piece inside of me. I am found with the fire of love of the inside. Glory be to God for this Word it's a reminder for me to not be possess by the material possessions on earth or not be overwhelmed much of the things that is given from the Almighty God coz maybe you might be greedy and chasing more possessions and not asking God's counsel.

I agree that I don't consider it a law. Just like Jesus said in other places, the way we live should surpass the letter of the law (like with lust and purity).
