Beautiful video! Thanks sir! I am in this situation where I have spent 8 years in the US. I have set up a cutoff date based on the age of my kids and your video reaffirmed my thought process! More than anything, I want my kids to grow up with Indian ethos and experience first hand the rich culture and spirituality that we have in our land. Thanks again! 🙏🏼

Many of those in the US/Canada, may inherit a home or something in India. In that case returning makes sense. If one has nothing in India, moving back will be a financial challenge, given the low salaries in India. In any case, if kids are over 15 yo, they may find it very difficult to adjust. Very rarely I have seen parents with teenagers move back.

so from being an immigrant in USA and became an internal immigrant in India. Home town is always emotional. Good luck for your second phase of career. Eventually you belong to your home town and settle there but may be without your kids. No one knows kids want to live in dad's hometown, another thing is that an immigrant is always an immigrant, this is what immigrants around the world says. I left home before 14 years, and still have emotional attachment to my home town but i prefer to keep it in that way of memories, but not thinking about settling soon. Cost of living is getting high in India and i am always worried about the integration into the society, because of unfamiliar practices and corruption. It seems real hard. You are right it depends on personal perspectives of an individual, But one day we are destined to our hometown.

A major factor that everyone need to consider is the pollution in India. Air, Water and Soil, everything is highly polluted and no one is concerned about it currently. $1B enough?? First of all why return to India if one has left India? For any reason if one HAS to leave the country that one is living in, then one can look for options in other developed country. Whatever people might say returning to India is a stupid idea. If one means that retain the PR or Citizenship of other country & live in India on VISA or OIC/PIO card then it is hypocrisy of highest order. Because everyone who leaves India, leaves it knowing fully well that India is shit hole where the prospects for career, profession, academics, standard of living, ... etc is pathetic even to this day and it will NOT improve even in the distant future. So why return? People who argue against this are the ones who have either acquired citizenship/PR abroad or have their children acquire it (in US by virtue of birth) but talk high of India when there is nothing to talk of it.

Hello Seeker , Chill man take a deep breath and relax 😎. To seek first you need put the judgemental baggage down and realize that different people different choices. It doesn’t make anyone wise by just bashing their home country. Nothing can bring you peace but yourself. Enjoy

@@no-oneknows9236 If India was fantastic, why do people leave it? Stay right there. In your words in your video you talk of USD to INR conversion for saving money, ...etc. Actually what all miss is that India is a low income country while developed west is a high income country. To understand this better if you take up certain jobs in Middle East they PAY exactly the same Indian salary but convert to local currency in local bank account. So if ur salary is ₹1lac its 1lac/whatever is the exchange rate and pay u for the job there in middle east. And this is engineering job. So Developed world pays more money as a result one is able to save money and when savings are converted that makes a killing. Which is definitely good. So if India is great do the same job in India (if one gets its) and enjoy the peanuts. I do not have to put down any baggage. But it is the people who are hypocrites that have to shed their hypocrisy. Besides, I do not bash India. Everyday tons of people who are desperate to leave India who queue up for appointments, willing to pay tons to some consultant who get them some entry into some junk uni, negotiate with employers with onsite assignments, ...etc are the people who daily in action bash India loud and clear. If you get an opportunity to get out of India through legal means, use it, and settle in a good developed country like AUS, SING, FRA, ...etc. That is justice to your talent, potential and future. Else if life gives lemons, then plenty of opportunity to make lemonade in India. Because that's all one can make in India.

Every country has one pros and cons.. In developed countries also see that in many places.. things will be exactly same if you check highly populated cities in the developed countries .. they are many tier-2 cities where you get free of traffic or no pollution.. again it depends on what you want ? What is your motive ? what alignment towards your roots family & friends etc..? Individual can pick what is good for them..

Hi Sir -Video was really helpful. I need one suggestion from you. Me (Data Analyst 7 years Exp) and my wife (Software Dev 2 years Exp) thinking to get Australian PR and work there in AUS. Our plan is to work in Australia for 5-7 years and save money in INR as I have good understanding in Mutual Fund etc so I have a number in my mind which might be achievable if we go there and save & Invest in INR. What are your thoughts on this ?? I would love to discuss with you...do you have any other mode of communication where we can discuss ??( email ??)
