Hello .India main 3-4 years karne k baad bhi aap fresher maane jaaoge jabki aap abhi aate ho toh har saal aapki salary main increment hote h till you reach the highest of your band 5 salary..toh aap calculate kariye ki faayda Kahabh jaayda..plus abhi there is shortage and you never know what rules get changes for recruitment of overseas nurses 👍👍

Nahi aap uk main rehte hi fir nmc k registration k liye apply karoge aur tab tak band 4 kaam karoge, cbt toh 2 saal k liye valid hota hi h ..fir se 3 attempt milenge osce k par is baar saare attempts k paise khud dene honge..waise osce clear ho hi jaata h 3 attempts main toh don’t worry 😂👍

Hello …they need at least 2-3 months of experience so once you clear your OET just join any private hospital for at least that period of experience 👍👍

Depends on you how many extra shifts and overtime you pick ..picking overtime shif is better than picking bank shift as you get 1.5 times of your hourly paid rate 👍

Yeah ..some trusts count your experience so make sure you choose the trust which gives you experience based salary 👍
