Ji miss mujy nahi pata un ka creatinine 1.4 per kion gaya or ab 1.09 per kion aya. Ap unka 1 month kay baad repeat kar lijiy ga or agar unka cr zayda hoa ya unko diabetes ya blood pressure hoa tu ap unko kisi nephrologist ko check karwa lijiy ga.

Aoa doctor Awais i follow your RU-vid on daily basis .My husband has iga neuropathy...His recent report createnine s 125 umol/L, Urine , excretion Creatine is 11.4 mmol/day Protein is 0.79 g/ day .Albumin excretion is 423.7ug/min .wr have bern advised he is stage 2 with medication of Farxiga and Reaptan 10 plus 5 mg .He doesn't have diabetes or obesity. he tries incorporate 15 min walk daily and sleep for 6-7 hrs. My question is units in which you explain are different pls advise if his levels are alright or we do need to include other medications? He only has chicken or fish that also limited and 2-3 times only in a week ..otger than veggies and fruits only .Sorry for the long post ..but really looking for your guidance
I am not sure what is the age of your husband. His cr is 1.4 and eGFR about 65, which is technically stage 2. But the elephant in the room is proteinuria, which should be less than 200mg or ACR less than 30 mg. Sometimes it is not possible to decrease proteinuria to normal. But you husband can be on more medicines for proteinuira. Please watch this video for more help. My kidney biopsy shows no damage to kidneys. I'm not diabetic. Despite taking ACE tab of 5mg, my PCR increased to 4.11 from 1.4. I walk regularly for about one hour and eat only home cooked food. Sir, I have normal rft/Kft report but ACR is around 150. I am recently on ARB & SGLT 2 inhibitors since April last. Earlier ACR was around 500+.
