How much TCL AC T3 pro consuming electricity || TCL AC TAC 18T3-Pro 1.5 Ton Review 

Friends mein ne 02 x TCL T3 pro ac liye hein and both are installed on upper floor rooms facing direct sunlight, aur dono TCL acs ko L1 par chala raha hoon. Pora 1 mahina ho gya hei. Temp 27 , Mode Gen L1, room size 14 x 16. Units consumed 29.55, time 290 hours. Second AC room size 14x16, Mode Gen L1 and Temp selected 27, units consumed 35.55, time 265 hrs. (Out side air temp is in between 36-40 C). Total units consumed 65.5. Total bill for 02 ac TCL T3 pro is 65 units x Rs 40/ unit (Including tax, fuel adjustment etc) = Rs 2278.5 . This calculation is based on the power consumption shown at the TCL app and unit price is as per charged by Pindi Bahria Town. I hope this will help people make better decisions.

MashaAllah nice review...I see it shall charge 1 unit per hour, or say 12 hours 11 unit which is not welcome, But I have to mention something people may haven't known of... DC Inverter, 1.5 ton BTU 19200 cooling and BTU 20000 heat, what is the name of the AC I will mention that later, but one thing is for sure, 10 hours usage, first 10-minute Turbo mode at 19c, after 10 to 15 minutes temp selection 24c for maximum 40 minutes, after an hour temp selection 26c which is enough, once I select, Bam, Compress off for the rest of 4/5 minutes, it will start from 3amp's to reach 26c within 2 minutes and again off, continuously only if the temp drops otherwise, compress stays off and fans keep running, and the stable amp after 2 hours are 1.4 or even less when reached to selective temp. So the moral is, I ran and ran my AC 10 to 12 hours every night and it consumes only damn 5/6 units, no matter day or night. my room size, 14x22 top floor, sun heat from all sides, and no shadow, if you install it downstairs, trust me it shall beat only 3/4 units per 12 hours. No gen fooling function, no L1, no L2, no useless power consuming. and the AC name is Changhug Ruba SDH 18BMW Grande Wifi 1.5 ton, Full DC Inverter can beat up to 48c temp, no tripping. Japanese Toshiba Compress is known as the world's 1st maximum energy efficiency with 79% savings, and yes it is, if you go further, this is the company that delivers T3 and Japanese compress to LG, Gree, Hisense, Mistobushi, etc, and works under Hitachi brand, it uses Hitachi T3 compressor under its model, t3 born from Hitachi, Samsung uses the compressor, Changhung Ruba is manufactured products for Singer brand, and themselves, now they discontinued their name and upgraded to Chiq since 2022, you can visit the website to get more info. remember Changhung Ruba is the only company that actually claims their 1.5-ton AC works as 2.0 but electricity consumption is lesser than any other 1.5-ton AC. and Chiq's most models available under T3 compress that bears up to 57c to 60c which is impossible in Pakistan, and their normal models working on T3 which means they can bear 46 to 48c easily even if 50c can happen it handles because of large btu. lastly, Large Indoor and Biggest outdoor company claim 1.5 tons are only Changhung Ruba. I struggled for 1.5 years to find such a product, I visited over 100 dealers and family and friends in Faisalabad to see such comparing in technology, power consumption, saving, amp, watts, airflow, throw, cooling capacity, etc, and finally, I bought this AC. you can visit me or contact me to get proof, I'm telling you this because your money is Halal so spend on something that is worth it, it is 4 years PCB, 1-year parts, 10 years compressor, including 3 to 6 free first services. I'm not promoting it, I'm making honest experience I have done it in 2 years, with no complaints, no leakage, and no issues with this product, you must check them before buying TCL, or else, go with 5-star ACs like Samsung, Hitachi, LG, Mitsubishi, General. or least buy 3 to 4-star ACs, with T3 technology, it is more energy efficient not only temp-controlling difference. and remember, working on T3 and T3 compress, they are 2 different compressors, do not get confused with working on Word, it is not t3 exactly. Why do we forget humidity? Especially for Karachi where humidity remains between 80-85%. Even at 26C with humidity 80% your room will feel like 30C approx.

very good video. the only problem in this simulation is that the outdoor unit was not in direct sunlight. I have experienced AC to loose performance when their outdoors are in direct sunlight.

Question: when the room temp was 26, you enabled gen mode L1 and for hours it continued consuming 3amps and mentained 26. And then when you set the temp to 16. Again with consuming only 3amps, it droped the temp to 24. Conclusion: It means during those few first hours, it was actually actually wasting the power compared to second situation. Please correct me if my finding is wrong. Why not to drop the temp instead of keeping it at 26 when the same amount of power is consumed?

I like and use panasonic imported models For 2 ton i have panasonic 24PKH model and that unit consumes max 8.8A unfortunately its Pcb board not working so now i purchased local panasonic 2 ton and its build quality is just satisfactory no compare to the imported panasonic but T3 compressor but it is consumeing 11.5A at turbo mode room is big size 500 sft and first floor so cooling is very good but 11.5A is a very high current So also using sharp 1.5 ton inverter and it max consumes 7A and comes to as low as 2.5A in my eyes panasonic imported units are the best and very efficient

bohat he zabardast or mehnat se video banae ap ne. Ap different GEN modes par check karen k grill temperature par kya faraq parta hai. is ka power factor bohat zaida hai. itnay expesive machine ka power factor itna nahi hona chaye. or 1 unit par hour average zaida hai

Calculate units consumption per hour Ac running current if 3apm then 3amp*220 volts/1000 as 1000 represents 1 unit =1000 watts so you will know how much units consumed in one hour and then multiply it with 10 hours on average usage or depends on your usage

I have purchased this AC. But I m not happy with it due to its power consumption. *Gen mode use na kre uska faida ni ha. Day time 28 temperature rakhe. Raat me b rakh skte 28 but can also low it to 26. After achieveing temperature yeh 2.2amp tak ajaega. No use of gen mode. *It's lowest ampere does not go below 2.2-3 amp. Jab ke iske jgha aese bht se models ha Jo 1.3-1.8 amp tak ajate ha. For example midea can go up to 1.3 amp also pel jumbo DC prime. Nutshell, it seems that overall current consumption is 1 unit per hour or 1KW hour . please add your concurrence if I am right? As all ac run test performed in empty room or with single person occupancy which is ideal condition for AC performance

@MoazzamNiazi your videos are very informative. I am currently facing a problem I hope you can provide good suggestion. I have 2 TON TCL T3 Inverter. I use Inverter from 11pm-7am. Last year it consumed 5-6 units without gen mode and 4-5 units on gen mode. This year it is consuming 8 units. I do clean the inverter filter but no benefits. I call to TCL Customer and they said Gen mode might not be working due to summer heat but I found this argument baseless. First hour I put inverter on 24C and then move to 26C. Please guide me what to do.
