I am 230lbs bmi 45 no health issues only sleep apnea. My goal is to lose weight but not get too skinny I would hate to be 100-120lbs. I’m having serious trouble choosing bypass or sleeve? What would you suggest
Hi, if you are looking to lose weight, we always recommend our patients begin following a low-carb diet, and of course, incorporating daily exercises into your routine. Based on your weight, it does not sound like you would qualify for weight loss surgery. Instead, we recommend you visit a medical weight loss physician to start a diet plan or have them prescribe you weight loss medications to jump start the weight loss.
