I wouldn't recommend financing XRP purchases with debt tho. Who knows how long it will take. There are people that have been waiting 10+ years and it hasn't done squat.

Do not sell your XRP… borrow against it. If you have 10,000 XRP borrow 25% against it, turn around and put it into a business for yourself. This way you still make gains as it increases, you do not lose a load to taxes and you now have tax free money to invest. Rich people do this all the time with assets. Edit: Since ppl are asking. Looking at the chart, it will probably go above the 2021 top of 1,50 yet below the 2017 top of 3,50 usd. This top will happen very quick after which it will plunge massively. The only thing the Ripple team is reliable in, is dropping billions of tokens on the market. Just another 45 billion to go!

You didn't mention the most important piece of the puzzle which is staking; or in the XRP world is referred to as Lending. Why would you sell your XRP when you can live off, no Thrive off of the passive income from Lending your XRP? Then you don't sell any XRP and you can pass on to your generations this gift of all of your XRP.

I’ve never received an answer from other podcasts. Question - if XRP provides liquidity to the market, why would everything drop 50 to 90% ever again, especially the real world assets that are based on usage and not speculation or quarterly reports. If you can stake it or put it in a liquidity pool or rewards and cash all of those out why would you touch the golden goose? In the obvious, if people have other crypto, I would sell everything before I touch one XRP especially if it’s going to be one of the most valuable assets on the planet. Wouldn’t it be like having your own money Printer to some degree?

If xrp is producing a yield, and the price is secured at a high level based on its requirements to provide substantial liquidity to the market, selling for profit is short term thinking. The game is to tell these plebs who want cash now to "sell And take profit" because its evident they don't want retail holding xrp in 10years. In 2030.. Everybody needs to make sure to add the taxation of their gains when they’re calculating your numbers if you exit at 1million dollars you still have to pay taxes on that so keep that in mind.

Most people that are even in the stock/crypto market can pay their bills. Life changing is not paying your bills, you still have to work if you only make 100k a year/ get a million dollars. You keep talking about some 10 percent thing and I have no idea what you're talking about because you don't even take 30 seconds to explain what it is. Getting a 10 percent return by putting the million dollars WHERE? Life changing is never having to work again money, that's got to be at least 10-15 million in your ACCOUNT. You not telling these people that the million is going to get taxed and it's going to be 600k really if they don't wait over a year. Tighten up.
Comfy sounds ok, but crazy fun sounds even better! In Denmark the crypto tax is 53% So $100.000 yearly profit divided into 12 months is $8333. And after 53% tax Im left with $3917 a month. Family of 4. So, that doesnt sound very comfy. It will get you a small house in the outskirts and a used older car 😂 I know Denmark isnt the best example, but its just different for everybody what they need.

Or, XRP goes under a huge burn of its supply, which seems to be the most likely scenario. Although i won't deny that the dollar is in the shitter, and looking at the rate the US debt is growing, it's going to be even further down the shitter in the future, and i don't discard the possibility of the US Dollar going into hyperinflation to save the US Government from their crushing debt.

You are operating from an assumption that the dollar or pound will always be essentially what it is now. There is a dollar collapse coming. Some of us hold XRP, yes for it's gains in value, but also as a hedge against a dollar collapse. Look at the national debt in the USA. We add a trillion dollars to our debt now, every 3 months. The dollar will collapse, just a question of how soon.
The price of house prices, bitcoin and gold going up is a sign of long term inflation. The dollar has been collapsing since its inception, every fiat currency does. They are meant to do that with the governments striving for 3 percent inflation per year. That is over 80 percent in 20 years
I’m never selling my XRP because I understand the technology first and foremost. There’s no need to knowing that it would need to be held in the first place and that you can lend it out for residual income. The minimum is 5K and the sweet spot is 10K. Keep in mind on the other ISOs and what role they will play. You just need ISO in general to retire… XRP is just ONE ☝🏽 of the said Digital Assets. Because of that, we can know that the price can be whatever the elites determine it to be and as fast or as slow as they like. 90% of the community will cash out at $20. Not many will make it to the 5 digits. Remember, the biggest BTC wallets are those that have died or forgot their keys. Just hold and forget about it.

100k before taxes just doesn't get you to the promised land. Closer to 240k last I checked was about the range for the diminished returns, at least in the US. That said, I do appreciate the vid. Keep it up Lewis.

XRP is poised to tackle a portion of the derivatives markets every sign points to it I've studied this asset and global macroeconomics for 10,000 hours trust me anybody can dismantle your "but market cap..." argument in short order. Doesn't apply to something like XRP.
@@pclutch when banks start using it on cross border payments publicly with trillions of dollars being traded in XRP. It has to have value. Market cap will sky rocket. Essentially though XRP doesn't need a quadrillion dollar market cap to reach high levels. It just needs to officially start using the public chain and banks to start trading XRP as a RWA.

1 Million is not that much money, It may seem like it you’ve never had it. these days in my opinion to have a nice house a couple nice cars, vacations ect… and be comfortable as long as your not spending like a drunken sailor, you need 10 Million. If you want to fly private have a yacht and an island then it is 50 to a 100 Million everyone has different wants
You have 100 -200,000 in DeFi you can generate 10-30 grand a month passive in a concentrated liquidity pool. AMM’s are changing folks life if you know how to operate in the space

Average is 5% yield what institutions are offering a 10% yield on the investment. Most likely the amount must be a higher deposit to receive that 10% yield.
For me, this is WAY beyond myself. I have bought and hold enough to become a mogul for generational wealth for my great great grandchildren. Yes I do plan on taking some profits to fully retire, but my mind is in another plane for the future long after I am gone.

A 10% year-on-year return is an exaggeration. Perhaps it would be much more realistic to talk about 3%. Hopefully sometimes 4%. Decentralized finance will allow you to become your own bank, and we will be able to lend our money through smart contracts, without the need for intermediaries like traditional banking. Ripple is developing a lending protocol natively integrated into XRPL, it stated so at the last conference in Amsterdam. Another way to get profitability in a passive way will be in AMMs. Given the risk of impermanent loss, this is not a recommended option at the moment, but in the future, when liquidity is higher, we will earn passive income only by holding liquidity pools with our tokens.
@@rsoles9958 If possible, diversify a little in other ISO 20022 compliant assets (XLM, XDC, Hedera and so on). It will be useful to have a pair similar to XRP as XLM to pool both pairs in AMM in the future. It will also help you to know that, if XRP falls, that small diversification will more than cover any (temporary) losses you may have. Mentally it helps a lot to know that you are in the right sector, even though your main bet may fail, even though it probably won't, it will be a fight against yourself. Someday you will tell your grandchildren about this journey. It will be a long road, the transition to DeFi will not be tomorrow. You will have doubts, temptations, impatience and frustration, but you will make it. For them. For you. Hold tight your bags, my man.
