Really refreshing to see how real you are with all this. It's no secret that the irony of the "making money online" niche is the fact that the real money mostly comes from the video ad revenue and not the actual video's content. I realized this and then realized that most of the people making these videos have no idea what they are actually talking about. I imagine one person makes a video on a "new way to make money online" and 20 people copy that video, then 100 people copy those 20 videos. But what happens when the original person who made the first video just slapped something together that didn't even actually work? Now you have 100 videos on how to do something which never even worked to begin with. And of course 99% of the viewers aren't going to actually follow through and follow the video, and the 1% who do will eventually chalk it up to "well I guess it's oversaturated now." That's why I appreciate you posting content with actual value and showing your pages and not blocking out the information. I feel it's actually more difficult as a content creator to create these transparent videos because creating fake videos would be way easier. Makes me want to finally give it a go as well

For any RU-vid creators that are starting out. The amount you make from your videos really depends on your niche. Financial creators tend to get paid more, this is because of the amount of financial ads that perfectly link with the video’s topic. On the other hand, gaming videos would make less because there are less gaming advertisers. Btw great video Ben Bassham!

This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my RU-vid channel 8 months ago about self development. Now I have 876 subs and > 600 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.

I just wish that you get the recognition you deserve man!
