@Ali May yall keep saying that you think 300 is not as high as you thought. 10 million views or not, it's a 15 second video that took like what?maybe 3 hours to complete? She should be getting less than 300 for a 15 second clip no matter the views. I know doctors who make less than that and they're actually working.
You should think before you type, imagine every short that went viral RU-vid paying them over 1k for a short, you must be out of your mind. They would go out of business
Seriously this is a joke. They’re working way too hard for that little hike now I’ll take my business elsewhere. I make more money selling clothes. Are you kidding me?
I don't see RU-vid are taking advantage of creators . People rather watch straight forward video like RU-vid short with no ads than watch and listen to them for more than 5minutes
You deserve that money and fame, your videos are always amazing! I thought you would like to know that you were the first youtuber that I ever followed and I have been watching you since ❤️
@@MakeItCountG fair enough. I can see that point. But aside from “shorts”, RU-vid is getting the bigger cut. I remember when a channel would be monetized from the start. Now YT has all these requirements to meet first.
@@katiejon17 RU-vid gets the bigger cut because at the end of the day RU-vid is your employee. People are making millions thanks to RU-vid nowdays. Yes it harder because it would not be fair to the content creators who are building channel for 7-8 and some of them even 10 years to lose audince because someone made channel yesterday and all of a sudden has millions of views. RU-vid pushes videos that are intresting and that they know will make some money, so that also speaks for itself, if you content is shit you wont grow.
@@IHHA99999 If you actually go on her main YT where it has all her shorts & regular video’s together, she has a section in her playlists of videos she started uploading from when she was in high school. So she has been on YT for 8 years now
Hello I am sorry for intruding into your business , I noticed that you own a channel but you don't have no much engagement on your channel, so I am a professional RU-vid Marketer and Video Editor. if you don't mind with my organization support we can help you grow your channel till monetization
It’s not RU-vid anymore it’s ThemTube because they’ve added 100% more adds and then are not paying the content creators with that money. Creators shouldn’t have to get on here and sell their own merch just to earn a living while RU-vid stuffs it’s pockets with that creators money.
It’s crazy cause my vids aren’t monetized yet they got ads on them… didn’t used to be that way… but businesses gotta make money too. And I’m sure tiktok is kicking RU-vid’s butt!!
Keep crying, get a Job, Why should RU-vid pay millions for useless "I ATE PINK FOOD'S FOR 24 HOUR'S CHALLENGE" videos? 99 percent of short's are annoying
@@CarltonwanksYou’ll understand the urge to improve by any means someday when you sweat your ⚽️’s off for minimum wage, but for now, get some rest kiddo.
Holy cow. That's very small compared to what a long form video with 1-2M views gets (depending on RMP/CPM), especially in a year's time when it is still circulating. At least it brings exposure and potential sponsorships, though.
They need to change that about only watching on a computer because I watch so many creators and I feel so happy that they’re getting paid for it only to now know that they don’t because I don’t have a computer :( . A phone is a computer so why would they not let you get paid from those views :(.
*Making a 15-second video may seem easy to some,* but they don’t realise how much time and effort it takes to make content that 10 million people would want to watch. *You must have excellent editing skills, probably pay for editing software, use the right non-copyrighted material, make sure you are following all the complicated guidelines rules of Google and its services, remain consistent and upload frequently.* It can take way more effort than going to a 9-5 job everyday. You could be working all day because you have to also *monitor your account over all social media platforms , read the comments , check your inbox on each platform and creatively plan for more content to keep your followers.* It is not easy at all, these content creators deserve every cent (if their content adds value to people’s lives + to the companies that sponsor them), and honestly, 385 USD is not enough if you have almost 1million subscribers + millions of views on your account. *_There are presidents and leaders who couldn’t even get half the followers._* I mean, *_SHE LITERALLY HAS MORE RU-vid SUBSCRIBERS THAN JOE BIDEN, THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES_*

I used to get about $1 for 1000 Views, not short videos. 10 Million views was about $10k and this was considered undervalue. is horrific how they had devalued youtube creator content. is almost like slavery.
And there are some scumbag youtuber telling people you can make 1000$ per day with chat gpt and making shorts While they make money on their long form content
And people wonder why big RU-vidrs are retiring. Its almost impossible to make a living on getting a number of views that your average channel will get once or twice a lifetime.
Doesn't seem much for all the work,I wonder how much RU-vid made? But as long as you love what you're doing its all good!🔥 Do full length videos with ads pay more for 10M views?
Thank you for the advice!! I made this channel as a video album for my son. If it takes off, that's great. If not, we will always have these memories ❤. Keep up the great videos!
That information is incorrect. RU-vid compensates content creators based on several factors, including the number of views, ad engagement, and ad type. Here are some estimates based on recent data: 1 million views: Can generate between $2,000 and $40,000. 100,000 views: Can generate between $500 and $2,500. 1,000 views: Can generate between $4 and $34
Hi there! This information is for long videos, not short form videos! Normal CPM for shorts like this one is 0.5$ per 1000 views, hence why the number is so low :/
@@javesoad6164 *Stoopid, It doesn't even work that way for long form video. CPM is based on what niche you post the video on, and mainly at what geographical location your views are accumulated from. Don't copy pasta Google search!😂*
10 million views rakes in about 25k. Been there done that got banned fast bc I was breaking rules stealing videos. Now I'm shadow banned and doing it as a hobby.
I'm actually quite pleased the number is so low. Although it still pains me how many YT channels make insane amounts of money, I'm talking $10k/day plus. No YT channel deserves to make that much.
So I’m guessing this is before the RU-vid Shorts Ad revenue share program that just went into effect this month? Would it have been more with the new Shorts Rev share?
It is SO wild to me that shorts are almost exclusively pushed by youtube on mobile devices and yet those views do not qualify for revenue. What is the point?? How many people are watching youtube on their laptops/computers now. I figured a bulk of youtube users were on mobile/ipad/or like a chromecast.
RU-vid is really taking advantage of creators 300 dollars for 10m views????????????????? . 300 dollars for what exactly? This guys stingyness is getting out of hand
