Ma Shaa ALLAH such a beautiful reminder .We all should reflect and ponder on our own immigration. What are we doing to stay connected to our Rabb and how are we role models of Islam that people want to know more,and are taking shahadah because of us.Are we taking our kids to Masjids and Islamic gatherings so they have good role models from stories of the Prophets and all teh Sahabas and Sahabiat,May we all stay focussed and be Ibadur rahaman and Haamilul quran

Amazing video that made me reflect on my own immigration: SubhanAllah when moving from Dubai, a country full of mosques and practicing muslims, to the US where I thought I won’t be able to find any mosques or any muslims, it turned out that this move was for the best for my deen Alhamdulillah and was able to meet wonderful scholars and a strongly connected muslim community that I didn’t find in Dubai. Muharram is the time when Imam Hussain moved from Mecca to Karbala to save the religion but he martyred by the most brutal Khalifa of all time Yazid son of Moawiah. They killed Imam, cut his head and raised it and captivated his family woman and children. They even killed his six month old baby. This is the lesson that you can learn from Muharram. Imam Hussain said you have the desire to kill me because your stomachs are filled with Haram. That's the end of story and the begining of migration towards Allah by remembering Imam Hussain who coupled his faith with good deed, as mentioned in the holy Quran...

Masha Allah, Thank you for the informative video, however, It is good to know. First, The Muharram was the first day of the year in Jaaheliat time before Islam, so, that was the opposite of the prophet's order which was Rabi ul Awal. Second, Muslims are not happy with Muharram because of the assassination of the Prophet's nephew (Hossain) in Muharram for making celebration, although some Muslims are just happy with Kholafa and money and do not care about rights/Haggh and Mohammad's descendent honestly.
