Hey folks, welcome to a year-long project that I'm super excited about! I made 7 original Minecraft-inspired songs from scratch in FL Studio and made them into a custom Minecraft resource pack available for download!
I've been wanting to learn how to make video game music for years, so getting to make this soundtrack pack for Minecraft means a lot to me. I really hope y'all enjoy it!

I really like how House Moss (Album) really exemplifies the original C418 era feel. Like, the modern Minecraft music is still really good, but back then, the songs gave an air of “you’re alone, and that’s okay” while the modern music is more “The world is here, but it’s hiding under a rock or a log” if that makes sense. House moss feels unfamiliar, but welcoming. Very good.

The problem with all artists, no matter the type of art, we all think our stuff looks/sounds like ass, even though literally everyone else says that it's amazing. i sometimes like to draw a bit, and i will think it looks awful, but then i'll show it to my family and they'll think it's awesome. every creator gets this for their own work.

This is in fact very creative, and incredibly well made. Its very simple like Bach which fits Minecraft so well, thats partly why c418 is so good. Creativity is a lot more prominent withe MORE restrictions. That is partially why Minecraft fits this music so well because it is making due with what you have and making it look pretty instead of trying to ground breaking and complex like more modern classical music. Kojo Kondo wrote the music in LOZ Ocarina of time while only being able to use 5 notes because the players only had a limited number of buttons, and we can all agree that that music is also incredibly beautiful.

This was awesome. The title had me expecting that you were about to announce that Lena Raine was your pen name, but alas it was beautiful. House Moss and Snapdragon felt super emotional for me and felt like they could have been part or a movie soundtrack. Blue Blanket was already a minecraft song, I cannot be convinced otherwise. Jk obviously, but this whole album really captured the vibe while pushing the boundaries. Just like Creator... it might not be a pen name but I think you might have been on the same wavelength :)

I ain't no stan but out of all the content creators I've seen start to try music you have to be the one who is able to manage doing both music and content creating and make content on both end amazing. I generally don't like instrumental music with the exception being this. And through all the work you put in on your music the quality of the streams and videos didn't diminish. You are truly one of the best at managing and making all your work great, so props to you.

i think a couple months ago u shouted this album out on stream so i went to listen to it to study and thought "wow! i love it, sounds like minecraft!" and added some of the songs to my study playlist (which has so much of the mc ost on it). and now i find out that theyre all supposed to be played in minecraft! what a fun surprise :) i personally really loved blue blanket and tunnel vision. cant wait to see what u make next!!

this video was so nice to listen to. I love seeing the creative process but I feel like it's rarely done with songs.. which is a darn shame. As a visual artist I have a lot of respect for the music composing process because it feels a lot more abstract and hard to nail down somehow. Maybe it has to do with our senses and how much more "concrete" eyesight tends to be, and how much of our vocabulary for describing things relies on the visual vs everything else. So a lot of words to say, I find this very impressive! I remember listening to snapdragon months and months ago and really liking it, so I can't wait to incorporate the full album into my studying playlist haha. And also downloading it as a soundpack if i ever start playing minecraft again... Great work!! PS its so cute how u named a track after ur dog. Good boy has his own theme dedication :)

Coming back to this video after listening to House Moss on repeat the last couple days and Snapdragon hits in the exact right way every time. The feel of the funky little ending bit is something I can’t even describe but I can say I haven’t felt since high school. It’s a type of weird peace I associate with bus rides and eating cheap ramen and watching Hungercraft tournaments after class. Like an uncertain yet comfortable sense of optimism. You tapped into something that I didn’t realize I needed back in my life. That was more than I needed to share but anyway, thank you for this album! It’s emotional little bangers front to back and I love it.

I was at the stream when you were making the final part of Snapdragon, y'know, the chiptune part, and I had it on as background audio while working on a project. I was pretty tired that day and in that moment that part of the song was so beautiful that it almost brought me to tears. One of the few times media has almost made me cry. Good on you for that, this entire album is so beautiful.

You are sitting with friends around this campfire, having a goofy time or such. Your friends entertained by the fact that you can cook food on the campfire. Imagine hearing this song
