I have used BetterHelp myself and I have found it to be very effective. BetterHelp is an online portal that provides direct-to-consumer access to behavioral health services. The online counseling and therapy services are provided through web-based interaction as well as phone and text communication. BetterHelp costs £140 a month - which gives you 4 live sessions a month and unlimited messaging in between sessions, as well as access to the group therapy webinars that get updated each week. You can also apply for financial aid while signing up, which can reduce the cost of the service by up to 40%. When you go through the signup process, you will be presented with the payment page and can elect not to pay. You will then be asked if the price was too much and will be given the option of financial aid. YES,I'm gratefully disconnecting with a person tomarrow that WE are not a good fit any longer in a recover program. I've been doing steps with her for 9 mths. In the beginning was great , love bombing then was the devaluing, discard the Cycle started up. I was shocked that the Cycles of abuse,manipulation, competition started. I stepped back ,she knowtiiced and wants to buy me lunch after meeting where last time she walked out not even saying goodbye??? I'm not a yoyo or emotional punching bag. The light bulb went ON. Wow what a change. I need my freedom.

After being lead by the universe to a beautiful mural on the wall. I was speechless, no but really this time. The cars could surely represent the lives I had I had destroyed. Thank you so much to God and every single person involved. I can't thank you all enough.

A priest did this to me online some years ago, I was unaware then what I was dealing with, wolves in Sheep's clothing. Recently a priest tried again and I was so well educated by your channel and others on NPD and this time I was wary, so I slowed down the friendship, woe and behold, his mask fell off a week ago, and the devaluing and gaslighting began to become clearer due to it's boldness. I was nearly fooled again, it was purely platonic, but I believe he was trying to see if he could get me into sexual sin with him too . Religious narcissists are the most dangerous I believe, what do you think Chris? ❤🎉❤

Yes I am a ambivert not by choice I’m around my family siblings and children grand child and I have to go to work and a few people at work have narcissistic traits by the time I leave I feel drained and so exhausted I’m heading to my place to stay indoors for days to recover my energy 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
