Dear, Dr Andrew one day of my life I was resting my eyes closed and I saw everything happening inside it was amazing so I tried to close my eyes and focusing so hard to see with my brain 🧠 and I saw around the inside the eyes ball I saw the Reed cells I saw amazing stuff and I couldn't stopped trying to do that day after day so one day I close my eyes with my hands on them and I tried to focus so deep and another things happened my sister was waking around the room and I saw the edges of her moving body same like when the Army put the nights vegan stuff it was amazing when I start to tell people about this they think am crazy 🤪 I just want to share the stuff I saw inside my eyes with doing this sometimes I can see it all not just when my eyes are closed no I can see all of it when my eyes is open I don't know how to describe exactly what going on there so I draw some of it I hop you can read this I really want to know .
Love seeing huberman so young without the beard. Adorable. I've been listening to his podcast for quite a while before I saw this. If you haven't checked it out whoever you are reading this you definitely should. Just saying he's brilliant is a ridiculous understatement. I love him!
0:00 - Intro (you can skip it if you know Huberman) 9:50 - 4 Critical facts about the brain: 10:18 - 1. Bran is an Organ (not a muscle:) 11:28 - 2. brain has 3 major systems: 1-Lizard Brain - designed to keep you alive 14:47 - 3.The meaning of things is established as a child 15:02 - 4. Changin your brain in a real way as an adult requires that particular chemicals are present in the brain at the right time
Huberman is my favourite teacher. He’s so charismatic and passionate about his subject matter. You can’t help but get excited about it. He seems like a super interesting and complicated guy. I love the story about him giving out water chemicals for tropical fish that people won at the carnival. He was just a little boy. So sweet. He’s my spirit animal.❤️
The three types of mediation mentioned in the video are usually the basic steps before getting into deeper states of meditation as taught by Yogis in India.
If Monday is a favorite, then you can name the days of the week as follows: Monday 1, Monday 2, Monday 3, Monday 4, Monday 5, Monday 6, Monday 7! Ta naa !!!
It’s sooooo weird seeing such a young version of him o.O I’m so used to podcast-age Huberman. Almost feels like a different person - and he probably was back when this was filmed. Thank you for uploading this!
One of the most powerful ways to re-wire your brain, in my own experience is to be engaged in an artistic activity. Art brings unity of self; it reaches where other methods, including science cannot. Because art is so connect with imagination which overcomes knowledge constraints.
Bridge the gap between positive and negative experiences with similar positive experiences in the past for some struggle in the moment. Like breathlessness to awe struck on a mountain top. Give brain rewards for each incremental improvement. Develop proof that you can. Reward any step in the direction you want at first, then over time the steps will be larger.
I believe the “Magic Eye” (stereograms) is a perfect way to train your brain. If you sense your “Third Eye” while doing it, it also works to focus and defocus at the same time. Basically the PERFECT way to do what he suggests at 23:50
Thank you Andrew, I was becoming very bored of listening to people only for them to give no practical information and repeating themselves. You was informative and gave practical advice.
@@deep9th Saw him in a 3 hour podcast and half of comment section had came because of another 3 hour interview with Joe Rogan. He shared his personal history, his research whit David Gogins and other navy seals, other interesting research he has done...all very interesting. So, I don't know where you got that opinion that he has nothing to say or doesn't know how to pass knowledge.
@@mrofftopic2802 what did you learn from this presentation? I've learned about his childhood, his dog, where he works.... but nothing about what headline says. Oh yes - "you could use cigarettes, but don't use them" Try Joe Dispenza and see how much you'll learn from him in 24 minutes
@@deep9th Whatever dude. I'm not getting in a dispute with you. Grow up! If you think that an accomplished neurologist that has a research lab in top university has nothing to say, that's just your problem.
I'm so grateful to the universe for showing me the way to this video and what a wonderful man you are. I appreciate your video very much. I look forward to listening to more of them
Yes!! I do #mindcardio at night for just a few minutes to jumpstart my brain to release the days lower vibe interactions. And then I tell my brain while I sleep to hold on to all higher vibe emo's. Ive learned to be and remain content despite outside factors.
What is it about people like this that makes me feel like I am in love with them. I adore him. Nothing more attractive than dedication to making life better for everyone. It strengthens my will to live just hearing him speak. Thank you 💞
Seemed like only a baiting intro of what he was going to say and never got to the meat. 1) traumatic experiences map into your memory so be careful not to repeatedly think or talk about them 2) be childlike 3) use nootropics (nicotine is good but dont use it) 4) break out of time and space by meditating with one breath on a specific thought focusing on your hand moving it close and far till single vision happens. 5) engage w the present horizonal landacape
@Harrison Ford will kill someone with his plane u can find videos that go into full detail and process of the meditation he proposed, just look up "space-time bridging meditation"
Shortening the topic for the audience is always a challenge when Public Speaking. Usually Dr. Huberman talks for on Podcasts for 2+ hours on the topic. Thank you Lewis Howes for this interview 📯
This guy is awesome, great information, I will start understand him , then be like huh , I understand him better when he’s on other ppl’s podcast way better! His work , knowledge, is present is so damn amazing, Great guy
I don’t know about this talk, but what I agree most with is that enjoying the learning makes it faster-which is what children do. Studies show that the desire to learn and enjoying the learning activity lead to equal levels of learning.
The first time I read about psychoanalysis, including brain surgery, was in 1984, and continued for a few years after, due to damage and attacks against me, first from a 1950s French book, about self-control. "La Maîtrise de Soi-Même". This was used from back, post World-War II, for brain surgery, to save pilots with head injuries, and others.
That's why it's not good to try to simulate conditions and cause emergency and hide emergency on a global level, and lie it's only good for if it's local, when it never was, and never will be, and will always be deliberately misinterpreted and attacks against my family and security for my fiancée.
Thanks for sharing amazing information on neurohacking! I really really appreciate the value add content for providing what makes us human and how the brain works. New sub here!
That was a phenomenal exit. 👏 Christians can jump on board with that one, nice humility check. No word matters after death but His, and basically nobody matters. We are all here to live out the word of God, which is the best collection of philosophy, paradox, and oxymorons you could even come up with - for the better of your life, to sprout good in the people you meet, for the better of society in general. All are trials literally create who we are, so we are given what we are suppose to handle, to over come it, and be spiritually at peace.

Superb enlightening talk that separates the truth, from Myth deciphering how our NeuroMorphic brain scaled beliefs, desires, experiences and intents clustered high frequency cognitive radio networks interfaces transforms the way, we live, be alive and become aware of changing states chained side channelling energy levels that maintain body balanced self resting movements between hallucinatory activity guided reality beyond imaginary Worldviews reflective learning space time formed bridges filling information gaps.
One of the things that makes us remarkable is our ability to bridge the time as species. Cats can not make a resolution on a new year day that 50 mice this year.
Interesting video. Yes Yogic meditation and yoga nidra are powerful practices, thousands of years old mastered by Rishis and Gurus in India and Himalayas.
@Harrison Ford will kill someone with his plane my mind doesn't slow down enough to try any of that. Slow breathing and meditation is backed up by plenty of science to be beneficial, I just can't do it.
I used to like him as well. I used his method en he was a hero for me. Until I had to call him for my work. You can imagine how excited I was. Unfortunately he was not the kind man I expected, far from that, I am sorry, unpolite and nothing from what you see in the media. I know we all have our bad days, but I dont look at him the same way I did.
He is doing the same thing Indian Yogis have done for centuries, you can find Yogis in Himalayas meditating with barely any clothes on at -50 degrees, alone.
@@pmaster1173 agreed. I appreciate the fact that unlike Indian yogis who might KNOW these benefits, Mr Hof SHARES what he knows and that is how you advance your species.
@@hawkarae Well clearly the knowledge is shared by Yogis, that's how Wim Hoff got it as well, Wim did however popularize it in the West. Yoga has been out there for 1000s of years. Its nothing new.
I enjoyed this talk and I was so glad to be able to see and feel your empathy for other humans. I hope you reach further than the ends of the universe in your research. Is there any chance i can have a link to the space time bridging image near the end? I would like to create a laminated color image to post in my room.
Andrew Huberman Mr. Hubermab I would also like to get that link here is my email address: adrielchavez420@gmail.com if you can send it there I would really appreciate it. keep on doing great work with your research, and may Heavenly Father Bless you and your career as well as your Family. much love
I would really like Dr. Huberman's opinion on this: I used to rent from a retired medical examiner at LA County; Dr. Leigh Lipton told me he thought ? most Americans were stupid about their health". (That's a quote) He said that people think by spending money for expensive remedies made them "feel good"...then he showed me the tap water he had set on his counter for at least three days; He said, "See this? People want to buy water in plastic bottles, because they're told by great marketing experts )and hopeful but often stupid CEO's that it' makes the consumer feel they're acting healthily. He said that any chemicals in tap water dissipate over night, and that the water he drank in the morning s always tasted clean and fresh-He tested me blindfolded , and I tasted the plastic in the water samples from those bottles, several times-When I told my dr.'s office this, THEY also tested me---I detected the water with plastic in them , again, several times, successfully, comparing t them to the drinking fountain water! He also said that our brainS, tell our bodies what's healthy most of the time, but we aren't listening to them; and that the body wants to naturally heal itself, and defend itself against harm-But that it (grammatically that would be OUR) O=our bodies are getting so clogged with sugars and manufactured preservatives and "modern" inventions that we CONFUSE our own bodies from "staying" healthy. Dr. Leigh Lipton wrote the book called the "Sugar Blues" btw. What do you think of this MEDICAL EXAMINER'S OPINIONS ? BTW last time I visited d a Burger King and drank their water I asked the girl if they weren't ordering their large quantities of drinking water-because I could taste the plastic-Her answer, of course was yes. NOW PEOPLE WHO NORMLLY drink these "bottled in plastic " contaminated waters were never able to taste plastic; therefore, aren't we being "conditioned " to these bottled in plastic waterS, and becoming more and more unaware of the differences? I , myself , call that "becoming conditioned to bad foods!" Slowly...it sees to be happening.
A truly wonderful sentence with which I fully resonate describes my growth and the concept of what I live with now. At the very beginning. I quote, "... Is about fackt not opinions, its about truths, not trends..." Indeed, isn't that the essence of life, and even an interesting area of research, a creative aspect for working and contributing to the world!? I delighted the Cubs with the complete attitude and words of this wonderful scientist... 🙏✨💫
Very interesting to listen to him talk and the overusage of the word him when relating his own original thoughts. But when he’s regurgitating things that he’s learned from somebody else he doesn’t do that.
Thanks Andrew for sharing! Could listen to you the whole day! I am so fascinated by sciene and spirituality! Is there a switcher between the right and left brain? And how is a thought generated/or an idea comes in? So fascinating! I wanna learn, learn, learn so much! In case you are in Amsterdam a day, text me ;) so cool
