As it should be when millions are being spent for luxury items. God bless America. 🇺🇸🇺🇸 I want to believe these guys are the real deal. So few honorable companies out there.
What an insight into the lengths that Newell goto to ensure their coaches are as good as they can be. A great video Andrew showing what others should be aspiring to👍🥰
Thank you! Seriously, Chuck was a natural in front of the camera and his passion for the Newell Coach product really came through well. The entire team was a class act.
My late friend Tim was obsessed with Newell’s. It was his dream “if I win the lottery” coach. He would have loved this series of videos that you did. I’m enjoying them too.
This is why a 5 year old Newell looks, feels, and functions better than any other new production coach made. You pay for that, but it's at least nice to know that money CAN buy you the quality that EVERYONE can appreciate, yet only a few will able to enjoy.
Great video and content Andrew! You captured the honest professionalism and integrity Mr Evans and his Newell team have for their coach and customers. Well done.
Such an outstanding team and business practice. It’s a breath of fresh air to see that attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship. I can’t explain how excited I am to take delivery of one of these coaches.
Looks like a great ownership experience awaits the owner of a Newell Coach. Quality engineering and workmanship = peace of mind . A cut above most other builders.
They are on another level, I want one! I’d love to see them use more carbon fibre or titanium on the bottom third of the coach to make them lighter but still have the strength and rigidity that they’ve already achieved. I’d also like to see them improve the lights to similar ones that are already used on Mercedes cars for improved efficiency. 👏🏼🤑👏🏼
Absolutely a top notch quality control for Newell's product. Would be great if more manufacturers were like this. Thanks Andrew for a most informative video.
If I ever win the lottery, this will be the first thing I buy n go spend time with my gkids. Instead of working as a field mechanic for 20 years I wish I'd had known about Newell coaches. As it would be a awesome company to work for, as I am a perfectionist. I'd take my 14 gkids on road trips they'd never forget. These coaches are unbelievable, n a fantastic company that stands behind each coach. Guess I can dream about owning one. God Bless Ty
How could anyone give this great video a thumbs down? Come on!!!! What an incredible product , The Newell is. Like the old days at Monaco and Country Coach! Thomyt
Wow..well..with all the options to design oneself...I think this is very best and Liberty Prevost is the 2nd best...not counting these rebuilds of those company buses...maybe due to what engine and drive details are there...
+1. .. Some say, a bus chassis conversion coach ain’t got nothing on a Newell Coach! .. I’d agree. .. Make my center entry Newell with a Stone Grey Metallic exterior; # LY7U Porsche AG. .. Cheers, Vail, Colorado
Andrew, another incredible video! You are on a roll. As to the commitment that Newell puts forth regarding their build quality, and pre-delivery inspection, this level of attention and detail should be standard on all premium level coaches, regardless of whether they are pure custom or top of the line production. Also, teaching the workforce what the result of their work looks like is the best way to motivate pride and critical thinking to make something better. It's unfortunate that so many of the other mid-range brands would rather ask for forgiveness when an issue is found, or worse yet, place the blame on the local dealer to have to confront the customer. This quality further justifies the price tag associated with these coaches and the higher resale value they earn. As for your channel Andrew, keep doing this type of content and you will see growth in your audience and become a much bigger voice in your consulting business efforts. No one is doing this level of detail.
WOW!!!!! Are you certain that you're not a Japanese company! If I was able to play in this league ... you are the people who I'd be buying a Class A from!!
Excellent video!!! There IS a “Newell Difference!” Working on now getting my Renegade 45 ft Custom Classic built...BUT my next coach is looking to be a Newell!
Wow! Andrew is the best on how informative these videos are. Now I would like to see Liberty go thru the same process of showing how they do quality control. Emerald I believe their owner is like Newell but I don't think Liberty is! Thanks Andrew you the best!
This video is a really good selling point. Everyone wants something nice, no one wants grief from buying that nice thing. Fixing issues before your coach is off the sales floor is really important.
Especially when 2-3 million dollars spent on an item like this which is not an investment asset and only gets so much deterioration naturally. Of course it should be handled all with care and sensitivity.
Even moderatley priced coaches should strive for this. My toyhauler was riddled with issues that someone supposedly signed off on during the---ahem---QC process. Yeah, right!
Using videos like this one to try and convince my wife why we should be buying a Newell. The build quality and the white glove QC process alone justify the hefty price tag. Not to mention the after sale care that Newell prides itself on having.
Yes, it is a camera that I don't use often because it takes a lot more time and planning to film a video then the go pro but I wanted to spend extra time and attention on this video as this was a very special opportunity.
Newell is not playing around and is delivering true "White Glove" service. This level of service is predicated on anticipating what the customer will experience / feel and going many steps beyond. The difficult is made to appear effortless, every detail is sweated, and the communication is not overly ingratiating but well considered. *****
I was so tickled (Amazed) about how considerate this staff is. They EVEN took off their SHOES while inspecting the interior of the rig. Now that's the service I expect from ANY RV dealer, but unfortunately that sort of service is not provided everywhere. When I have my rig serviced I tell the Dealer:" DO NOT get on the roof of my rig with Shoes on. YOU WILL TAKE YOUR SHOES OFF, Or just don't get on my roof." Even I don't get on my roof with shoes on.
On those pocket doors, I’d like to see some sort of dampener put in place for the last 1/2 to 3/4 in of travel. It seemed to slam to its limit quite abruptly as it is now.
The glass needs to hve comb tight teeth tint on glass so looks like u can't see thru glass but u sure can dark or ned dark teeth tiny comb print u can make down or side ways dots both u can't see dots unless right up on it. U will hve to print this design but will be hip & catch on patent mussel car design cool.
123: shade spray ever other grate on roll up frames of garage bc boring if just little windows. & make frame down middle & seem a fraction as wide w/paint. The windows get see thru tiny micro dot tinting like a car shade edge of windshield.
Newell should let Chuck Evans always do the talking. He doesn't sound like a salesman, and he's warm, knowledgeable and down to earth. These RV companies need to up their game.
I second this! I'm on the fence about what is better, a Liberty or a Newell. Every time I think Liberty...then I see something new about the Newell. Now they have Dean Loucks' son doing paint designs!! Whaaaa????!!! Come on man, do a real comparison, and spare the niceties....lol. Great video!
@@kb748 Yeah I got a customer email blast where they announced that Ryan Loucks is the new paint designer in partnership with them. It's brill on their part...
Obviously Tiffany does not do this as we have owned our brand new motorhome for two months. It was towed two times already and have had three service calls while on the road. Not very impressive quality control from that company
How does Newell make enough money with so few coaches sold per year? How do they pay so many people? It seems like they could charge $10,000,000 per coach!
