Hey I’m just starting or have yet to start. I’m interested in starting. Do you teach people in person or is there a way for me to learn as much as possible from you guys. Like getting the paperwork to put houses under contract as well as the smoothest way to close on properties and finding out how much money renovations take to add into the budget?

I have a question on your downloadable contact assignment addendum it talks about a non refundable deposit and I'm confused on if that is your e.m.d or if thats your money you get from the new buyer your assigning the contract 2 to make sure you get your money or do you get that after close any help would be appreciated thank you
