This gives a perfect description of how Loosh is actually created and consumed. So often Loosh is explained in a negative way, not adequately describing the process. This video is like a primer for all of 'The Alchemist' material. I find here a foundational teaching that helps me make sense of all the other concepts. I will be listening to this one a few times before reviewing other material. Not a difficult concept but so important for me in understanding the Spirit of this Age. Golden.

This is great explanation, both good and bad loosh is “consumed”, very interesting. I love the analogy for different kinds of foods, I wonder what spicy food brings about? 😅 Also, I can’t help but to think of that movie Monsters Inc. in a way they are also harvesting loosh from scaring children. Thanks for explaining what loosh is. I like how you addressed positive and negative aspects. I read Robert Monroe's chapters on loosh twice. At first he was deeply disturbed. On a later encounter with INSPEC he found that loosh is used to power perhaps millions of other cultures, dimensions and planets. When he understood that loosh was used beneficially elsewhere he accepted why it was desired by non humans. Yes, we are being farmed, for positive and negative energies, but what we provide is needed by other cultures. To me, the positive aspects of loosh bind all expressions of Source together. The negative side provides catalyst. And BTW, other planets and cultures are also being farmed for loosh, according to Robert Monroe. We aren't alone.

So perfectly timed. I experienced my energy being manipulated and I ended up with a headache and feeling sick. This information explains to me what happened. I thank you Sarah, so much gratitude for all the inspiring videos, your dedication and your wisdom.

Huh… just this morning, a few hours before watching this video, I received a message from Spirit telling me that the attention I focus on some youtube videos makes me feel small, fearful, and powerless. Thank you so much. I've been going through so much negativity lately, for the past few months actually. I was bullied by some guys and I couldn't do anything to shut them down because my mother was dealing with cancer. I keep wanting to destroy these guys. Ive had thoughts and impulse to want to kill them. Taking advantage of my kindness and wanting to use me. Toying with me for my skin color as well. Treating like I am weak and want to taunt me to fight them so that they can feel superior to me. Like some obsessive arousal they have. I havent worked with these people in almost a year, yet they will still try and slip their ways into taunting me when they come around. I will be fine one minute, then in seconds I will have impulses of rage and hatred that have made me break things, punch the hell outta metals, walls, makes me want to shove things into their temples. Yet, Im also the man who reminds himself daily that "I am Love, and I am loved in it's purest essence." Something that came to me over a year ago which has stuck to me. Ive been dealing with this severe polarity which is hard to balance. You've helped me out a lot. I am grateful for you, Sarah, and this video has helped me to point out things inside of myself which simply needed to be called out and allow positive change. I don't need to ruin my life over those who disappear and don't deserve my attention nor the place in my life after the contract is done. I will continue to grow and become more to where the Light shines beyond their illusion in my lifetime. Grateful for the lessons, and satisfied in the movement forward. Loosh is excitement and fun. To harvest loosh you just raise a person's frequency through love beyond their present energy level, then you can 'eat' the energy left behind. The person gets their frequency raised, and you get the loosh. It's a Win win. The expression fear porn speaks to the negative side of loosh, as does sadomasochism. Everybody loves loosh, but there are positive and negative ways to get it.

Awesome video, so far. Not even done, but what you're saying really harkens to the general esoteric idea of alchemy-of turning lead into gold, or potentially taking negative stimulae and converting it into positive thoughts, feelings and actions. I find that I've encountered negative events in my lifetime that I always seek to convert into a positive outcome: using a crisis, catastrophe or rejection into motivation to make life better, as an example. We gotta "spin" things, learn the lessons from the negative things, and turn things around. Thanks for making this vid.

There is this sleep affirmation video on youtube, it's a woman saying over and over again "I am safe and I am worthy" in different ways. I was scared after something paranormal happened to me and I put that video on so I could sleep at night. I felt so happy and safe that I was able to just go on like nothing happened. I recommend you all try sleep affirmation videos when you go to bed if you feel maybe unlucky or unhappy. It will help

Thank you Sarah. 😊 I can invision Loosh radiating outwards from the central universe permiating every star 🌟 system, then giving its life force into every child born as the emotional feelings from there deepest core being connecting too every system (chakras) within that life manifesting in too tears and screams of joy as its being born. then rising in and out of many states of consciousness casting auras around the body in entangled energy's within and without itself for a short moment of so called time then Looshing away back to where the Loosh Become.

Choose experiences that bring joy. Could be singing, dancing, listening to favourite music, being with your pets, taking walks in nature, enjoying time with family or friends. Also practising the inner smile (TAO). Follow your passion as far and as long as you can, as Bashar would state. Also consciencesly choose another frequncy once you become aware the frequency went down because of a trigger. We walk in ignorance too often, so vulnerable to being manipulated downwards. Our emotions are the thermometer of the state we're in. The higher the frequency, the more we connect with the higher consciousness that we are, the more we can create from that perspective ❤

Have saw,felt and experienced this substance while meditating. It was an interesting form of a canal as I viewed from slightly above. A mynuit drop of it is expandable to a solar system. Upon touching it, it was pudding like , sticky, like magnetic attraction. There is more, but was journalled long ago.
