THE VENDING MACHINE IS DIFFERENT, I KNOW ITS UPSIDE DOWN. THERES A GIANT BLACK BOX AT THE BOTTOM NOW [Top in the image cuz its upside Down.] Idk if this is something that might've been a coincidence but I noticed the new doors shut when Brandon burst through them. In the current version the Doors Usually wont shut when shoved open.

I think they changed the doors because the game takes place in myth os, so it's in vr. That means monogon would have the doors make sense in vr.

Door change makes sense to me It's like the shop doors that have a pull handle, but you have to push to get in. Most of the time, it's no issue. Watch 20 people go into that shop, and you'll see more pulled than you'd think. The devs made the door They watch all these people try to use it "wrong" or are confused If I made a real door like that, it'd drive me nuts til I made it "right."

I think stress level zero should add like a bolt action sniper or a sniper it’ll be cool 360 no-scoping ford across the map. Also multiplayer (yes ik there is bonelab fusion mod but on quest it’s pretty hard to do it) new enemies such as a big null body or smth else. Also they should add more guns such as the m16 (burst). Also dismemberment settings like in blade n sorcery u can turn it on or off and yes there is a dismemberment mod but if stress level zero would make these I would play bonelab more often (also I’m not hating on mod creators they make rlly good content)

The Unreal Engine pipeline barrier is fully and completely broken now... decentralized development is KING in vr. (Prime example: Skyrim VR (Mad Gods Overhaul) and any mod ever created for any VR platform) Along with the fact that PSVR2 will potentially see pc interoperability soon. Everything in VR is going to see a Renaissance soon. Not just bonelab. But of course. Behold, o Glorious BONELAB! Try jumping Praise the Cone!

I liked the normal door, seeing giant hand pads on doors is so immersion breaking. I loved opening doors and charging in guns blazing knowing they can’t open them. Now the null bodies will shamble in like my stepdad after a night of drinking once they notice I’m there and try to beat me also like my step dad after a night of drinking

anyone else kinda want them to redesign the turrets? the boneworks ones were so cool and the new ones are literally just Half Life 2 combine turrets. also rip to all the old mods that will be broken from this and aren't updated anymore :(

I believe many new players try to grab the door handles while walking through (something that isn't easy in VR) so they changed them into something that encourages you to push them instead. Plus those blue lights could be a lock indicator instead of needing a cage lamp nearby! :)

looking at the sides, the new doors are just using square holds, some doors use them, the change is probably because people don't use the door handles, they just push that shit, so they made new handles you can grab if you want to, but it's not really necessary.

Would people be interested in a Fivem type of fusion server on bonelab ? I always thought it would be so cool and with the mod running much smoother now ( at least on 5.7 ) i think it would be possible for me to put a sever together and start a discord to assign roles for cops, hoods/gangs, businesses sort of and even drugs to sell and more. let me know if people are interested and ill start a discord and make a team.

I think the doors were changed because the door handles were useless and could have confused some players. Also it’s kinda odd to use the door handles. Just making them push doors will improve the experience for people who are newer to vr who think they have to use the handles.

It could be because the modellers/artists of the game see improvement, and since most of the changes that we've seen have been mainly code changes, they probably had nothing to do. So they decided to do another art pass on the game :)

Makes a lot of sense! This will probably steer the props away from a lot of them being edited unity assets too to help the game stand out more. This is great for the overhaul of how this game looks.

@@JonathanMyron if you reinstall the mod, because it would have been built on the outdated(or third party) sdk, if you redownload the mod it still won’t work. The problem is the mod itself
