Actually, I use that first one for my Elizabeth Afton design! Since she was taken in by the stomach, I use that as her heart and the white part as cartilage. I use a specific crown (forgot which one) as her ribcage, too!

Like for the monocle, they could’ve just actually used it like the original design instead of making it look like an earring.
