Really makes you appreciate the difference between physical and paper gold. Really makes me wonder why anyone would want to buy anything else but physical.
You must have never heard the term "If you don't hold it, you don't own it."! Companies lend out your gold to make more money or just outright sell more shares than they have gold to cover.
Paper anything is always better imo. But I guess its a matter of taste. I value convenience and liquidity more than tangibility. Also you can use derivatives on paper assets
In December 1997, The Financial Times ran an article entitled “The Death of Gold.” Since then, the gold price in US dollars has increased 519% from $288 to $1,780. Today, after many political events and crises we have evidence of the continuous and in many ways spectacular growth of the gold price. This confluence of many current events is creating a perfect storm for gold to increase dramatically more than we imagined.
@@imho2278 inflation is usually 3 percent a year to 10 percent so 1997 was 26 years ago. 26x3 = 78percent increase if you want to do x10 260percent increase gold has still increased in price from more demand and less supply and not just the depreciation of the dollar
fantastic video Everybody wants to be financially independent and live a better life. With savvy investing, an inexpensive lifestyle, and diligent budgeting, this is not difficult to do. I'm glad I realised early on that achieving financial freedom requires hard work.
Sincerely, I'm genuinely moved by what you said. I have a seizable amount of money that I am willing to invest if given the appropriate knowledge and I am highly interested in investing. My greatest concern is losing money on a bad investment. I'm open to hearing your advice on how to make sensible investments as a result.
@@marcelrobert9569 Would you mind recommending a specialist with a variety of investment options? This is extremely rare, and I eagerly await your response.
@@obodoaghahenry9297 As an OAP with extensive experience, I firmly think that having the appropriate information is essential to the success of any investment. Regardless of what others may say, do whatever you set your mind to. Warren Buffer frequently advises, "Be fearful when others are greedy, and greedy when others are fearful." The secret to succeeding even while others fail is undoubtedly this. Working with financial advisor Julie Anne Hoover, I earned $100,000. So far, working with her has been a promising experience.
@@marcelrobert9569 Thank you for this tip. it was easy to find your coach. Did my due diligence on her before scheduling a phone call with her. She seems proficient considering her resume.
>When you read articles about financial freedom, you may hear people drone on and on about how they are spending practically nothing so they can retire at a younger age, like 30. Conversely, they may have already achieved financial freedom and are bragging about how frugal they were so they could retire well before the typical retirement age.
Planning for retirement, or even financial freedom, is a marathon and not a sprint, as the saying goes. Breaking up your financial independence goals into small chunks can help keep you on track while making the process a bit more manageable and, hopefully, a little less stressful. Even if you are starting small, the important thing is to get started. Investment creates a safe haven for the future, Everyone needs it so you don't go bankrupt when you stop working
I don't do recommendations, I only invest make my profit and mind my business but i would do it for one reason and that's for the betterment of everyone.
Would be nice if you could recommend who you work with? I've wanted to make this switch for a very long time now, but I've been very hesitant about. I'll appreciate any recommendation.
The airport customs: why do you carry a jar of sand in your bag? Me : it's a souvenir from the beach The airport customs: ok Me: cassualy walk away with 3.5 millions $ worth of gold in gold sand
Lol that won’t work. Gold is much denser than sand and X-RAY machines will easily detect that. Gold is even denser than iron, so they might assume you’re carrying some homemade shrapnel bomb. Aside from that, if you do not declare your precious metals when going through airport security, you risk losing all of it, forever.
Washed with chemicals? No dissolved, chlorination occurs during melting of the rough dore bar to get a higher purity for refining. The gold is dissolved the selectively precipitated from aqua regia not dried from aqua regia. The resulting mud is then dried and cast into beads so they can get accurate weighted bars.
I’ve melted pure gold and it has a beautiful color when it’s molten. It’s like nothing I have ever seen before. I use to be a welder and molten gold is totally different than anything else.
"Silver’s sweet and gold’s our mother, but once you’re dead they’re worth less than that last shit you take as you lie dying." - George R. R. Martin, A Dance with Dragons
When they were talking about the pure gold sand I was wondering about it getting on the floor and clothes lol It's crazy how much they accumulate every year / even have the tech to recoup it

Yes you can. It is called manna. In the past Pharaohs eating manna .which is hidden cure fir cancer 100% and now today only 33 level freemasons eat it( manna) . In the holy book Qoran God mentions it
I am obsessed with gold. I only Have 3 Oz of Bullion and 2 Oz in jewelry so far but I check gold and silver prices daily and will for the rest of my life convert my cash into PM.
N/A Reactions - buy gold now. It’s been at its lowest price for years. If you can’t afford a full ounce then maybe go for a quarter ounce, or maybe 1/10 ounce. Also, sovereigns are very popular and are very easy to sell if you need the money back.
Hearing her saying 1gr = $40 I was shocked because today is worth $70 and then I watched the date, it was 3 years ago. I almost fly to there if it was true!
Gold is not the best conductor. Silver is the best conductor, but copper and gold are more likely to be used. Copper is used because it is almost as good a conductor as silver, but is cheaper than silver. Gold is also more likely to be used as it is more corrosion resistant than silver, even though gold is more expensive and cannot conduct as well as silver. But overall, in terms of pure conductivity, silver is the best there is.
I can't believe that no one has called out the major error in this video. It said that you just dry out the aqua Regia solution (aurocloric acid, actually),when that's so wrong it hurts. Drying out that avid does not leave you with gold dust - you have to precipitate out the gold. A very basic chemical reaction, and when done the gold just settles out in the bottom of the container. THAT leaves pure gold dust, depending on how thoroughly it was processed prior to dissolving the gold. Major difference that seems small on the surface.
These have come so that your faith-of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire-may be proved genuine and may result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed. 1 Peter 1:7
That's good of you :) I was thinking about God's refining process for us humans, from 1 challenge to the next, to prove ourselves -whether we are gold, or silver, or...just refuse...
Denver mint used to burn their carpet annually to recover the gold dust. There was enough to replace the carpet. I think I would do it every second or third year.
Entertaining video, but it had some odd inaccuracies. The aqua Regia process isn't the purest way to refine gold. Electrolysis (Wohlwill Process) will give you 99.9999 purity. Aqua Regia will likely give you 99.95 which is LBM's minimum standard. Also Aqua Regia is more of a process not a chemical. Nitric Acid and hydrochloric acid, but you don't combine them first to make nitrohydrochlroric acid. You add the chemicals separately. I'm not an expert, but I have done the Aqua Regia Process and I have lab experience. I've never reached 99.9999 purity and the Canadian Royal Mint, PAMP, Metalor, Valcambi, and all the big players use Electrolysis even though it takes much more time to refine. Why is this? Purity...
You should get in touch with them. I'm sure they'll be devastated to learn that they've been doing it wrong all these years - all that money they've wasted on workers and scientists when everyone knows the real experts can be found in comment sections of RU-vid videos...
3:45 imagine finding this at your door and being like "what is this useless [stuff]" and throwing it away, only then to watch this video and realize what you have done
The background music is just terrible! What's wrong with hearing the actual sounds of refining? That would be let us know more about the process and isn't that why we clicked on the video? To learn about gold refining?
They make tens of millions every year from refining literal tons of gold, and they still try to extract trace amounts from the air and water filters just to scrape a few grams worth at the end of the year. That is the most Jewish thing I've ever heard
Seeing that I’m super lazy and don’t have the supplies, I would just steal my mom’s gold chains and melt them down like a pyromaniac. (In a frying pan)
