Hotkeys i would guess. They act probably Like Minions, Like chen or Visage. So He used the hotkeys for the Minion spell (in that Case) silence and voila.

I have to agree with you on this one. Real players even when they are pro wouldn't have quick reflexes like this Puck. All-timed dodges plus scouts for potential blink combos are all obvious HACKS.
