It would be good to see how the numbers have shifted in terms of FTBs over the last 2-3 decades. It would also be good to see how much landlords have stepped into the FTB shoes. If a FTB is a renter for longer and then buys later in life, the 'wheel' shown in the video would turn in broadly the same way. What is Shelter more interested in, FTBs becoming owners or housing for people even if that means some are renting? Either could be valid. Just curious as to Shelter's goal.
