Had a good niche business focusing on regional routes but got greedy and tried to empire-build into less profitable areas.

Th moment that I heard that R.E.X. was going to fly mainstream lines like Melbourne to Sydney, I knew they'd fail. Stick to the regions with SABBS.

The lounge in Melbourne is kinda crappy and embarrassing… sort the lounge’s out then work on the frequent flyer programme

And they are much cheaper to fly with then the other national carriers
