Ryan Gosling and Margot Robbie chat with ET about how they went all in for their film 'Barbie,' in theaters on July 21. Ryan and Margot reveal their favorite looks from the film and how they prepared for the elaborate dance numbers.
I'm reserving the theater for a private showing with my friends. Unusually affordable! We're going to dress up, gift bags and Barbie snacks - so excited!
that sounds really fun & i hope you have a great night but if you've rented out the whole theater on like the week it premiers, i would hope you invited enough people to fill it out and not just a small group with a mostly empty theatre, just since it's getting so hard to get tickets
@@mbrammy7 hi@ i reserveved one of the smaller rooms at 10am on a wednesday..it is a small group of older church ladies🤣🙏🌞👍 I wanted to be able to sing, dance, laugh uninhibited! And carry the joy with us into the "real world"😁😉💃💕
That's what fascinates me, how much thought they gave to how little girls (and maybe some boys) really play with Barbies. Barbie floats from her house into her car because that's what you do, you pick her up and put her in the car.
I hear it's entertaining, but also: First they show little girls beating up their baby dolls because they aren't interested in motherhood. Then all the boys are the bad guys. And don't forget the Trans so-called "Barbies". No. I don't want these underlying messages in my daughters precious minds.
@@shresthachatterjee1707 No, just read some reviews. But no one said they were "enemies", just girl=good, boy= not good. Still not a message I want for my kids.
