I get criticised a lot for shining a bad light on Blackpool, but I only show it how it really is, without the sugar coating. So, I decided to find places where it's safe to go with your family, where you can wonder around without being acaustd by junkies and alcoholics jumping out at you.
Over the last few weeks I've contacted the pleasure beach, the tower and the hounds hill, trying to get permission to make a positive video and promote them as safe places.
Withe no reply from any of them, I tried again with the Hounds Hill and this is what happened, So Is it a safe and secure place to visit? You Decide

One thing I notice with most shopping centres in the UK - the lighting is grim, very depressing. The move to be supposedly 'green' and install LED lighting has been a complete joke. Just look at HOW MANY LED lights they have to use, just to obtain a dim, depressing blue shade. These places make me want to leave them, not stay in them to shop!!!

After sleeping on this matter, I've realised that if they had taken part, all the Security staff would have been out and about, which would had given it a false impression of how secure it actually is, or isn't

I won't mention names, but some mobile phone shops have an almost Asian-only staffing policy. Supermarket security teams in our town - mostly Africans. Why? I don't know, but I suspect it's to do with WHO has the contracts to hire staff. It's 'diversity' in reverse, really.

They cnt do anything about u over the camera. Just gets them bad publicity.

Late 70' up to mid 80's was the best time - only because the 'new' cheap technology we could all suddenly afford, it seemed exciting then. Now? Just a plethora of mobile phone accessory shops, all of which are jostling to be the cheapest - a race to the bottom!
