The Securitas Purpose Awards are an annually-held competition inviting Securitas employees from around the globe to share their stories of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness.
Among the global winners, Sasha Fleskes was named the 2021 Purpose Awards for Helpfulness.
Sasha, a North American Mobile Patrol Supervisor, a met a homeless veteran during one of her shifts. With acts of kindness, words of encouragement, and continually telling him "I believe in you," Sasha's helpfulness inspired the veteran to invest time into his studies and change his life for the better.
